The issue is that i was told that the bike would be checked fully before receiving it, so it was to my surprise that the left brake was lose and i think it requires brake fluid. This is very inconvenient.

United Kingdom | 27 June 2024Purchased a bike and after 2 mounts start having problems with some noise come when I ride the bike and pedal. I was asked to send some pictures from the thread of the pedal’s fitment (rest come assembled by them) and told me this is the issue and is not covered by the warranty. This bike was never seen by a specialist in their behalf or didn’t even request to be seen. I will like all to know this is the only part I fit as a client, and they said this only from pictures without to really assess this bike by a proper specialist shop. They recommend me to go to a cy tech mechanic which are almost none on the area I live. I checked the website where they are register as cy-tech mechanics and.bearely find one. Also ask them to provide one and they failed to do so they Google and give me some shops address from my town to call.myself to check if they have one specialist. None of them had one, also advised to don't go to Halfords since they are not trained. What a game they play. I took this bike to my local bike specialist, and I have changed new pedal ( the only thing I can touch to don't affect the warranty) and with or without pedal the clonking noise is still there. I will never by this again and I will strongly not recommend. I informed my employer from our benefit portal and honestly this is a huge company in over 120 countries. Also, my employer not happy about the trust on this scheme.

United Kingdom | 25 June 2024The delivery was well organised and came when it said it would. One down side was the size of the box it is delivered in. I have struggled to get rid of this and have had to take a trip the the refuse centre to dispose of. If I didn't have a car this wouldn't be possible and it was too large to break down into my recycling. Also some of the bolts on the bike hadn't been tightened sufficiently and on my first ride out became loose after 3 miles making it not safe to ride so had to be pushed home. Thankfully I have a relative who is a keen bike rider and he was able to fix it for me as I wouldn't have been sure about doing it.

Unfortunately, this didn’t happen and as a result one part from the bike was missing. The bike had a Brooks saddle which had an adjustment spanner with it, this was the part that was missing.

I found the bikes overpriced, and as Cycle Solutions were the only company my work would allow us to use, I was forced to spend £200 extra for a bike from them, when I would've preferred to take a voucher and choose my own comparable bike from any retailer.
