Very straightforward process and various options to order a bike through Cycle to Work Scheme. I used a local supplier and this was a fantastic way to explore various types of bikes and get advice on what would suit my needs. Also an opportunity to try out styles and shapes. Staff very helpful and knowledgeable. The process was very quick and now have my new e-bike and all the accessories within 7-10 days of starting application.

Bike did not come ready made, was still lots to do on the bike, the video in the email on help to set up did not work! I ended up taking to bike shop and paid £60 for them to assemble the bike. Unhappy customer

I found a bicycle shop which which participated in the cycle to work scheme, chose my bike and accessories and submitted the quote to Cycle Solutions. They emailed within a week with the letter of collection for the shop sign when I collected my bike. A seamless process made easy by Cycle Solutions.
