Brilliant. The entire service was seamless and it took less than a week from ordering to collecting my bike from a local store.

The whole process from viewing to ordering to delivery has been very easy. The communication has been great and the time scale was very short from ordering to getting my bike delivered.

My Giant Revolt was purchased via my employer's C2W scheme so I had no choice in supplier, but overall the service provided by Cycle Solutions was satisfactory; but for an important oversight (to me anyway) I would have rated their service higher. In seeking clarity over an approximate delivery date to ensure I could plan to be at home to receive the bike, I spoke with a friendly, helpful guy. Despite assurance that I would be advised of when it had been collected by their courier (TNT), I heard nothing more and it was just pure luck I happened to be at home when it was delivered! I acknowledge Cycle Solutions may say it was TNTs responsibility to update me, however they had assured me I would at least be told it had been collected and therefore have a reasonable expectation it would be delivered in a day or so after that. I would also encourage Cycle Solutions to pay more attention to packaging as a notable section of the top of the bike box was unsealed/damaged (although thankfully the bike was in tact). In summary, aside from the communication and packaging issue I would have rated my experience with at least 4 stars.

Genuine company with excellent customer support who resolved a couple of minor issues quickly and to my satisfaction. Purchased a cycle and a couple of accessories, delivered within promised time frame. Only minor niggle was an item showing in stock when placing order was not available but refund processed very quickly.

Bike arrived with damaged handlebar grips. I also had issues with the pedals. After eventually resolving these issues, the first time I tried riding the bike I found that there was no speed sensor magnet attached to the rear wheel and the bike wouldn't work. I had to purchase a magnet from the local dealer, once fitted I could at last ride my bike, only to find that it shuts down when halfway up any hill. I have arranged for the bike to be seen my a local dealer. still awaiting an outcome. I am still looking forward to use my bike.
