Took a holiday for two days to receive my order last week. Still haven't received it and poor communication. No idea where my bike is or when it will be delivered

How easy it was and how lovely the bike is. Cycle Solutions were really helpful, made sure my bike was the correct height and all safe to ride.

The lady on the phone was very nice. The man who delivered the bike was also very nice. Later on I aske for a missing part and it was sent without hassle.

Proper joke outfit ordered a bike next day delivery 2 weeks later still no bike made numerous phone calls to cycle solutions to be basically told nothing to do with us Go and speak to tnt who were just as bad Just cancelled it it the end now got to wait for refund Would never use them again

Cycle solutions support was great, however had to take 2 stars off due to the TNT delivery: TNT lost the package as soon as it was picked up, there was no update on the tracker and it turned up a week late when someone happened to be in. The box was severely damaged and as a result the frame was scratched from the brake lever. Gears were also poorly indexed, and lots of bolts over-torqued. Not an issue, but for some who are new to bike maintenance this could have caused some real problems. Its maybe not fair to blame this on Cycle Solutions, however this is the courier they have chosen to pair with, and as you can see from other peoples reviews, this is a regular problem. Cycle Solutions, please change your courier - free delivery is great but not really a deal breaker when it causes so much hassle.

Whilst I found the available bikes on Cycle Solutions to be limited in terms of range and couldn't find anything that met my requirements for a bike, I phoned and spoke to customer services. They answered all my queries ( I had several) and pointed me to alternatives. Bike was sourced from an Independent retailer and online application was easy and processed within 48 hours and bike collected within a week. Very smooth process and highly recommended.

Ordering process, was great, follow up was great, delivery was great and bike is lovely. The only thing that let it down was was the front light they sent didn't have the correct bracket so I had to use the reflector bracket.

Bike came built. only assembly was handle bars to straighten and pedals put on. Come with all the tools to do so very easy and simple.

absolutely brilliant staff - so knowledgeable - helped me efficiently through my order queries and faffing that I had with questions - really responsive and great updates all the time on when items arriving etc - the product choice is brilliant - the bike and products arrived and were really great quality.
