Very responsive and helpful staff. Order was received within a week, including the paper work. I would have given 5 stars except that as part of the process I was called by CycleSolutions and then asked to provide personal information. Of course I refused but this is really bad practice expecting customer to provide personal information from a cold call. Please stop doing this unless you are able to prove your identity to the customer.

Ordering was simple, and really appreciated the team checking on sizing to ensure it was the right bike. Delivery was prompt and the team were happy to arrange a date that suited me. Only downside was the bike set-up/start-up instructions that came with the bike were generic and not at all relevant to my model/ Only thing stopping five stars!

I give them four stars because they got the important stuff right - I got a good bike at a decent price and it arrived quickly, and the main person I spoke to was helpful and knowledgeable (Ellis). However, there are too many small niggles which prevent it being a five star experience. They nearly shot themselves in the foot by emailing me the day after I placed my order to say the bike was unavailable, when I'd originally been told it was in stock. Then, when I called to cancel the order as I'd found it elsewhere, I was told the system hadn't been updated and the bike would be sent out the next working day. That did happen, which was really good, but what wasn't so good was that I didn't receive any contact from the courier beforehand. I was lucky it was taken in by a neighbour (which happens to be a garage so they had space to keep it). A simple tracking email or text message with a timeslot in advance would've been appreciated so I could've worked from home that day. The bike is great, and was very well packaged, but somehow the bell got broken (not a huge deal, but a petty annoyance). When I followed the aftersales process to ask for a new bell (which I had to do by emailing them), they promise a response within 24 hours but I had to chase it up after a week. The website refers to eight weeks free insurance, but the leaflet which came with the bike only refers to 30 days (I've since been given the website info for the eight weeks insurance, when I called to chase up the bell situation). There's a set-up guide packaged with the bike, but the QR code to the instructional video goes to a video set to 'private' (I searched 'Cycle Solutions' on YouTube and found the correct video myself). There were also a load of other bits and pieces sent with the bike with no explanation as to what they do. I think they might be quick release things and some sort of pedal clips, but I don't know how to fit them and there's no obvious instruction (the manual covers various makes and models so isn't the easiest to understand). All in all, nice people, I'd still use them again, but just a few bits to polish.

Everything from the ordering and the product was exceptional. However, I had organised for my delivery day to be amended to Tuesday but it unfortunately arrived on Monday when I wasn't in and upset my housemate.

I used cycle solutions for my cycle2work scheme voucher. Cycle Solutions were easy to contact throughout via phone call or email. I had some issues on my side with cancelling and then getting a new voucher and cycle solutions handled it very well. So I would say I am pleased with the help, responsiveness and overall journey for getting my cycle2work scheme voucher with this company.
