It was so straight foward. I was delighted how quick and easy the whole process was, I had a bike through cycle to work years ago and it was ages sorting it out, applying for vouchers etc! But this was as simple as logging onto the Cycling Solutions website and selecting a bike! Which got delivered to my home within the week. All I had to do was straighten the handlebars, and put the pedals on....and they even supplied the tools to do it! Can recommend Cycling Solutions happily.

The bike was assembled, BUT... it arrived in a massive box that could otherwise be half the size or less. (Just keep it in the original box, I'm more than happy to put the bike together, at least give us the option...) Some bolts were torqued way above the manufacturer's spec, which kind of voids the whole point of having the bike assembled by a "trained bicycle mechanic"! Not sure if this is just a coincidence, the handlebars on my bike are either from a bad batch or this is just a one-off - one side is bent at a different angle than the other (drop bars) and the marking that should be in the centre is more than 5 mm off... This begs the question whether this whole scheme is in place to sell below-standard bikes?

Very smooth process from start to finish. Ordering from a wide selection took some time due to quality of bikes on offer. Easy online ordering platform, excellent communication through to delivery. Have yet to ride the bike but looking forward to it already :)

The whole experience dealing with Cycle Solutions was first class, all my questions were answered promptly, the whole experience went very smoothly.

It was a great experience: two phone calls, one email alerting me that the item was on the way and the item was delivered at home the following day.

Excellent customer service and quick response to my queries. Bike came quickly and was very easy to 'assemble'. Bike is exactly what I wanted. Only slight criticism is use of Fedex as courier who did not provide a good service. I was not able to use the tracker and only communication re delivery was from Cycle Solutions and not the courier. When the bike was delivered it was left to me move it. Overall would recommend Cycle Solutions though and not hesitate to use again
