Quicker than expected delivery.

Really great, everyone I'd spoken to was friendly and helpful. The website made the process of getting my new bike straight forward and clear. I'd happily buy from here again.

Cycle solutions made the whole process of getting a cycle to work bike quick and easy. The team were quick to communicate and get orders out, the bike arrived quickly and was a great deal. I was particually impressed by everyone i spoke to. The website does require a little work as its a little sluggish, but the staff really made up for it

Quick delivery, good price

Had the bike for a year, have been paying £65 per month for it. I thought I'd check my agreement to see when it was due to finish. The agreement says 60 months! That's £3900 for an £750 bike - and I thought this 'scheme' was supposed to save me money... I checked the FAQ's on their site and it says they only do 6, 12, or 18 month agreements so I don't know what is going on. Until I get it sorted they are on 1 star

It wasn't obvious how to order bikes outside of Cycle Solutions through a bike shop, even though the bike I wanted was not available directly from Cycle Solutions. Also the bike shops explained that they are charged a higher fee by you than any other Cycle to work scheme which makes them reluctant to take orders through you, but of course I am tied to the service that my company uses. That said, the service was quick and when I needed clarification your Customer service advisor responded promptly and helped me find the way to order through a bike shop.

The Cycle Solution site is geared much towards buying from them rather than independent bike shops. The pricing was higher on this site than when buying from an approved supplier, so I was pleased I was able to do this in the end. Some of the information on the user account dashboard was a bit misleading in terms of what is expected and from whom, but fortunately I bought through a bike shop that helped me with the process. Saying that, from finding a bike, submitting the quote and arranging everything with the bike shop didn't take as long as colleagues had led me to expect. So I think working with the independent retailer paid off in the end :-)

Slight hiccup due to an incorrect image against a product. Customer service confirmed the tyre was correct for my bike. Delivery as promised.

A really easy process when ordering my cycle to work bike

delivered quickly - goods arrived as described. No issues. I did have an issue with a previous order from Cycle Solutions and they were great - a quick phone call and a replacement part sent out next day delivery. Reassuring to buy from.

Super simple process, they call you in person to check details incase they think you have made an incorrect choice, not trying to make you feel belittled but just checking so you get everything you asked for first time.

Quite smooth and quick process. Would recommend for anyone who would like a decent quality bike to cycle to work with. The bike partners are also very extensive including local shops, which tend to assist more with helping you picking out a bike.
