Staff were helpful, bike came quickly and assembled with everything needed to get going quickly.

Very easy to order and very quick delivery,the only thing that wasn't good I had to drag the very large box up 2 floors on my own on lift as the driver does not deliver to my door

The order was wrong - 3 inner tubes instead of cycle glasses Update - The cycle solutions team contacted me. Resolved the issue quickly and provided a much appreciated voucher for the error. A great example of how to respond to an error.

Bike came boxed for me to construct, no offer of 4 week service to make sure all ok, not even the bell fitted!! I was left with large box to dispose of. Wrong cash settlement originally advised. Delivery arrangements worked well and staff member I spoke to helpful

Ordered a Bike from Cycle Solutions, but unfortunately after a couple of months the frame developed a fault. The team at Cycle Solutions, got me a new frame, and transferred all the parts, with no hassle at all. The guys a spoke to were very friendly and understanding, and nothing was touch trouble. Customer service is great, communication is very good and agile, the range of products available and their prices are good too. However, I recommend using a different transport method, as it has been very difficult to arrange a delivery from them and ignored the communication in three occasions.

Easy to order, delay with delivery due to an item ordered but communicated well, and called with an update soon after. Original item ordered was not available (a lock, not the bike) but another, more expensive item was substituted for no additional cost. Delivery was quick and bike was completely set up, except for turning handle bars and fitting pedals, adjusting seat position.

Really pleased, I only just realised Cycle Solutions partner with a wide range of bike shops. So I was able to get the bike I want at a reasonable price, and it arrived very quick. Overall. 10/10.

Great service, easy to setup, used a local supplier, site try's to get you to purchase from them, and their stock is very competitively priced. But overall very pleased.
