Amazing choice of bikes and got a really good deal on the bike I wanted so it was a no-brainer because I wouldn't have got such a good deal locally. Great communication throughout via email and phone call before to confirm delivery and for any questions I had. Bike delivered on the scheduled day. Packed really well, bike all protected. I can't fault the impeccable service received.

The bike had not been prepared properly. The language was in German, tyres not inflated, missing a uk plug.

Clarifying the size of bike as I've chosen the small and Cycle Solution recommended me to change the size to Medium, which is perfect for me, as small size would be very small for me. Fast delivery

I don't know what should u write as i didn't get answer about what part's of bike have to be included as i get delivered bike in a box thats been purposely or not but a bit opened and maybe some pieces are missing.

Ordered a bike on a Thursday and it arrived on the Monday fully assembled. Only needed to adjust the handlebars and attach the pedals (5 mins max) and it was good to go! Fantastic service
