Seamless process all round. I was contacted after I placed my order to check sizing and the details of my order. The bike was dispatched on a day convenient to me, with accurate tracking information for the delivery. The bike arrived in the world's biggest box (which provided an unusual amount of entertainment for my family) and in perfect condition. It even came with a multi-tool and a pedal spanner to tighten a few necessary bolts and attach the pedals. I'm absolutely delighted with my bike and with the process as a whole. :)

Absolutely amazing experience,we bought a bike for our son's birthday the lad that helped us went above and beyond, had patience showing the bikes and seeing what fitted him best also deciding on the right fit helmet .We had visited a couple of times with our son he remembered us. Very responsive and good communication by phone and email. I was recommended a rack and pannier that were compatible with the road bike I ordered but I was also recommended a front mudguard that was not compatible. I managed to attach the (front, MBK) mudguard under the rack above my back tyre and ordered a suitable front mudguard from a different supplier.
