I can honestly say the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with! Their customer service skills are terrible, they will push you from pillar to post with each person blaming the previous one. Could not get anyone to phone me back, even though I had water pouring out of my boiler into a live plug socket! Took 8 days to get an engineer out which left us using an electric heater and emersion tank to heat water, both of which are expensive. Also still waiting for my service which is months overdue. Two words spring to mind, Amateurs and Cowboys. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

Awful from the very start. Boiler was delivered on installation date but Engineer failed to turn up. Engineer was not contactable (had mobile phone off). No cover was provided and was left with boiler in living room (including toxic chemicals). Customer Services were abysmal, systems went down the same day meaning that they could not source a replacement engineer. After all of this, a second installation date was set. Engineer arrived, but there were parts missing meaning that he couldn't complete the job. We were then left without our installation again. Still no boiler installed and a very unhappy customer. I get the distinct impression that this is probably what they are like normally. DO NOT USE HASSLE FREE BOILERS!!!

I would prefer to give no stars to be honest! Nothing but hassle from the start and I would say finish but we still do not have a boiler fitted! Boiler was delivered to wrong address after repeatedly giving the correct address. Fitter didn't turn up on day one, customer service was shocking was told after 5 hours that fitter would not be coming but would come on day 2, still nothing. Now on day 5 (friday) fitter came 7:40am only to then tell me it couldn't be done as parts were missing and it was a two day job but that he would not come back on the Saturday. When the boiler was delivered the delivery driver refused to take it up stairs so have had a boiler and most of the parts, including 4meter long copper pipes taking up our living room. Shocking customer service, and still no boiler fitted. Three days of one week given up for nothing. Still currently waiting for a call to tell me when either boiler will be fitted or parts collected. Hassle Free they are not!!! Dont waste your time with these cowboys!!

Boiler came on time on a cargo truck and the plumber arrived on time at the same time and started work straight away got rid of old boiler and put new boiler in with all new fittings in less than half a day and working very well indeed,I thought one of my radiators wasn't working but this new boiler blasted new heat through it so didn't need a new one and had all the system flushed out and sorry I forgot the plumbers name did a great clean job with no mess at all,thank you

I have nothing but praise for these guys. From sales to installation, i was treated with politeness, professionalism and speed. The installation was completed within 2 days by a very competent subcontractor. Special mention to Anna in sales who guided me through the process and Andy the fitter who was tidy, thorough and funny. Rob Gooch

Don't use these CROOKS. Install team argued and swore at each other when they fitted our boiler, very uncomfortable having them in our house. Extortionately high cost to move our boiler when we redecorated our kitchen and then don't come out to do safety service despite paying on time for several years.

Do not get involved with this company. Even though I paid the final balance and closed the account it is still showing on my Experian credit report that I owe them £2700 and that it is an active account. Despite numerous phone calls to resolve it this still has not been sorted.

Had hassle free boilers start the work after a few cancellations April 2018. Never get hold of them never return calls etc. When it was fitted it caused my power shower to blow up because of the pressure. Since then I have been sending emails making calls and still as of today nothing has been sorted! I am still without a shower and have children. I’m constantly ringing promised calls back and nothing materialises! This keep saying the operations manager has taken on another business and is snowed under! Well I’m still waiting for your call back after another person under you saying it should be sorted the end of the week! That was a month ago and nothing ! The lady told me she cannot be of anymore assistance as it is with her operations manager! So basically when she can be bothered to sort out this cock up it may get sorted ! Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. Would never recommend and the name is obviously wrong ! It’s hassle boilers !! Go elsewhere

From start to finish the service was excellent!! Communication helpful, quick, professional with every department, and the engineers were fantastic providing excellent service, polite, helpful, worked well and left all areas clean and tidy. Thank you!!

Anna Baker!! Asset to this company. Not only has she sorted my 71 year old nanan out with a boiler but she has regularly phoned and been really quick to sort this out for her. Her customer service is fantastic and she really does the job well! Put my nanan and me at so much ease and I'm so greatful for her service!

Great service by the sales team and the boiler and fitter were great and now getting the benefit of the new boiler. Only negative was let down on the first install date but did call the day before. Minor issue only just a pain at the time but would recommend them and would use again.

Hassle Free Boiler installation has been a very bad experience. I signed up with Hassle Free and set up a date on Friday. I planned my day, took a day off and the technician never turned up. After calling several times it was confirmed that, he is not coming today and they will reschedule for the next day (Saturday) which is a long weekend. Luckily the technician turns up on Saturday, installs the boiler but confirmed to me that the pump needs to be changed (which I enquired while buying) and that is not going to happen on Saturday, it will be on Monday. Monday it is a no show, and I enquired again to which they confirmed he is not going to come on Monday, it will be Tuesday. So my bank holiday weekend is fully spoiled. My wife had to talk to her boss for working from home on Tuesday and for today's enquiry they have not confirmed to me any time when the technician will come or may be today is also a wash out. This is a complete disregard of the customer's time, money and the worst customer service. I really repent my decision to go along with Hassle Free. I am very lucky that it is not winter. My advice is Hassle Free is not trust worthy and go along with them only if it is not urgent.

Really pleased with Hassle Free. They were the cheapest quote I got, but also very professional and provided an easy installation. Very helpful all the way through. Would recommend.

Great service, friendly staff and workers on site completing the work were great too, they were quick and efficient and left no mess. Everyone I have dealt with have been helpful and would definitely recommed to family and friends. Thank you. Me and my 16 week old daughter can now be ready for winter. I thought the service was very good on the whole. The boiler fitter was a very nice guy who did a very good job. The only issue was that they initially underestimated the type of job it was and therefore had to be there for 2 days rather than 1. In the end, it was all fine.

Boiler was installed on March 21st 2019. Everything was running brilliantly until I noticed hammering on the system. As soon as I informed Hassle Free Boiler about this fault, they sent an Engineer within 7 days and all has been resolved. Very polite on the phone without questioning my competence or lack of it. Very pleased. Based on this exprience, will recommend to family and friends

Full of promises and didn't deliver! First day of installation, the engineer turned up on time and asked if the boiler had been delivered - it hadn't. The engineer phoned to enquire as to when it will arrived and was told it was on the way, so proceeded to remove the old boiler. After the second phone call to chase delivery the engineer was told they didn't have it and couldn't get it until the following week! By this time the old boiler had been removed and now without hot water! Total lack of communication by Hassle Free Boilers who advised me over the phone that they were aware of this first thing of the morning of installation but failed to notify the engineer and me. It took them until almost lunchtime to let me know of their failure when they had, by their own admittance, known about this early morning! Furthermore, I am baffled as to why the engineer was told it was on the way - when it clearly wasn't!!
