Engineers really helpful, had a boiler from these guys at my Dad's property and mine now. Cant fault them at all, great customer service team too, went out of their way to help

Recently had a boiler fitted and cannot rate this Company enough. I have bad credit and most Companies would not help when my boiler broke. As a single mum of 3 children, the boiler breaking is an unexpected expense which i did not have the money to cover. Speaking to the Customer Service Team i was reassured my credit was not an issue and they would be able to help! Sure enough they were able to offer a competitive rate with a payment plan which meant i could pay over a period of time to spread the cost. The Engineers were professional and made the whole process easy. I now have a new boiler fitted and a payment plan which covers any further issues i may have without worrying about added costs. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again.

Sales team excellent arranged for our boiler to be fitted Friday and Saturday the following week .As arranged fitter arrived on Friday removed our boiler .packed up his tools and left.With no phone calls or any attempt from HASSLE FREE!! Boilers to let us know what was going on .After contacting them ourselves and being told they had ordered the wromg boiler another appointment was made for the fitter to return Monday morning.. Fitter did not arrive and no explanation why.. After numerous phone calls to the company,only being able to get through on their sales line which picked up within seconds we are no nearer to knowing what is going on..

Very poor customer service HFB promised to install a radiator when installing my new boiler, this failed to happen and left me out of pocket as I had purchased the radiator in advance, Difficult to deal with as the customer service department lies Please avoid

My mother had a new boiler fitted 2 weeks ago and little did we know what she was letting herself in for!! Less hassle free more lots of hassle and danger! For nearly 24hrs she had gas leaking out of the new boiler due to a section of pipe not being connected correctly so that could have been catastrophic, but when she called the company up she was told to call the emergency gas people who quickly came out and turned the gas off to stop her from being blown up! The original gas fitter came out that night to fix the leaking pipe but this is a very serious problem and I don’t think the company (other than the customer service people who were very helpful) care that an elderly lady nearly died in her own home due to incompetence. She has also been waiting for the invoice so she can claim back on her insurance (has phoned numerous times) I would not recommend this company to anyone. Disgusting service from everyone other than the customer service team

EDIT we are still waiting for our guarantee from Worcester Bosch having chased HFB a number of times with no luck, WB finally called us after I called them yet again but the guarantee length is less than the 10 years HFB promised - dissapointment one. In the recent high winds, insulation was blown back through a gap where there was a poorly fitted flue fixing to the wall. The rep I spoke to did not seem to understand what to do in this scenario and only promised that someone else would call back. He has called back to say a field manager will be with us next week but I have rapidly lost confidence in HFB and their ability to offer good customer service. They have not met the terms of what they have promised. Cheapest by far but the service was good. Wasn't too sure about the fitter when he rocked up in a slightly beat up van but he had worked for British Gas and was hugely experienced. Stayed until 7pm to finalise the installation. Leak then developed in the rad so he popped back two days later to repair and stayed till 9pm! Pretty good, leaving 4 stars as he left a bit of a mess and we have had to chase for the guarantee for the length advised and for the Magnaclean

From first contact with Anna on Tuesday to the delivery and installation on Friday of the same week, the service, support and customer service was exceptional. Had a boiler fitted by Hassle Free Boilers September / October 2017. Part of the contract is to have an annual service. Trying to get them to honour this is a task in itself. Always making excuses not to service the boiler.

The whole process with hassle free boilers was indeed hassle free. I had an excellent price for the installation and everything was carried out when and how was promised. No unexpected additional costs, I was hesitant using an online service for this installation but I shouldn’t have worried. British Gas quoted me for the exact same boiler installation but with only a 5 year warranty on the bosch Worcester combi I had installed. I have a 10 year warranty with hassle free installing and they were 54% cheaper than British Gas and my British Gas quotation included a discount because I was a “home care” customer with them. I highly recommend hassle free boilers

From start to finish this company has been a hassle. 6 months after installation I have no boiler that works and the company doesn’t return my texts and calls. I can’t list all the problems from start to finish but generally they don’t get back to you if you have a problem. I have to chase them about 5 or 6 times before someone contacts me back. My boiler was originally installed hassle free but the installers made a mess of my exiting wall. They did come back and sort it but after about 20 texts and calls. Since then I noticed the heating doesn’t work and it’s back to trying to get a response. I usually try about 3 emails and 20 calls in a week. They do reply rarely and say they will help and someone will contact me but they never do so it’s that tedious back and forth with calls and emails . I thought this is rediclulous so as my brother is head manager of a heating company, an email from him may speed up the process. Still no reply even though I have stated it’s an emergency and my house is freezing . Once they get your money they no longer care. Or their office is way too busy and no body gets the care or after care they deserve. I would never use this company again or recommend then. I just make a joke about the name hassle free. They came out to fix my boiler and guess what the original engineer had wired it up wrong . The brown wire was where the blue wire should be. Oh well it all works properly now but what a Hassle.

Excellent Service Throughout from initial call through to and after installation. We had a couple of tiny glitches before and after installation, but both were quickly rectified without issue, thanks to excellent communication with both customer services and the gentleman who came out to resolve a small issue. Particular thanks to Darren, he is friendly, professional and a credit to the company

Fantastic service throughout. Good communication, professional customer service. Lovely guy came to fit my boiler explained everything thoroughly. Quick turnaround from initial call to installation and I now have heating and hot water again one very happy customer. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
