United Kingdom | 03 March 2019Had these cowboys install a combi boiler 3 years ago. They left holes in my wall, badly patched up areas which were impossible to sand down unless you wanted to spend 3 years with a sander. In addition, they removed asbestos without the proper gear and incorrectly advised me my Aqualisa digital shower will still work fine and lo and behold, it didn't work! When I complained about it, they messed me about several times before they charged me £260 for a new processor (as it turns out, this is required when changing from a system boiler to a combi boiler which they failed to advise me) and completely ignored all of my complaints. Promised me a call back when I complained each time and never got a call back and when I rang each time, I was told they don't have an ongoing complaint(s) from me! Shocking service. I will never recommend these cowboys to anyone.

United Kingdom | 02 March 2019Underwhelmed. NOT 'hassle free' So these guys quote for the boiler and fit it. On the day, I am stiffed for an extra £80.00 for some special flue that is needed. Problem is that they didn't fit it, just fitted a standard flue - and you or they are welcome to visit and check/ inspect. Wonder how many times that special flue will be sold on. A bit later, the pressure keeps dropping in the central heating. They visit and basically say, 'Tough s**t', can't or won't fix it. I have to pay a separate plumber £360.00 parts and labour to repair it. He tells me that, with a new boiler, this was always going to happen and they really should have included it in the work. That's a price swing of £440.00. I await their comment. Fyi. guys, the job was at SW9 0QU.

United Kingdom | 20 February 2019Good experience from the onset - good advice and guidance from the team before purchase, and a very positive, friendly and professional gas engineer to fit the new boiler in a day. No mean feat in a four storey house. And...no sharp intakes of breath when he saw what he had to deal with! The only slight downside was that the engineer was a bit confused about the settings on the wireless timer/thermometer, so I have said to the company that it would make sense that they ensure all engineers are fully versed in understanding all the settings on these remote timers so they can tell the customer clearly what to do.

United Kingdom | 19 February 2019I was a bit sceptical about receiving a boiler quote without having an engineer visit, specially when our boiler was in the loft. But after receiving their quote first and having further quotes by other installers who came to site, they had everything covered. I would always suggest having at least one quote by someone visiting your property first, but I would thoroughly recommend hassle free to do the job. The bonus was beating our best price by nearly £200 as well. The fitters and scaffolders were excellent as well. Well worth the 5 stars.

United Kingdom | 15 February 2019New boiler fitted 13/2/2019 they did not flush out old system before fitting new boiler, the wiring looks like a child did It, left the old flue still in the wall and not sealed up inside wall, engineer removed old potterton boiler that’s on the asbestos list with no mask and left dust every where. Boiler still on my front lawn with another boiler he dumped there. Rude customer services asked me what’s wrong with the wiring (photos posted on their Facebook page) only want to come and look at the mess when it suits them.

United Kingdom | 12 February 2019I had my boiler fitted a few years ago. I was very pleased with the installation and had no problems until recently. The boiler doesn't turn off so unless I turn the whole system off it would be on 24/7 I called HF who sent someone out to me last Thurs 7th. It continued to stay on so I called HF Fri 8th, sat 8th spoke to an engineer who said he would get back to me I then called mond 11th and they promised to get back to me no one has bothered and now the Clock reverts back to factory settings every night since the engineer changed something last Thursday, I work full time so don't have the time to keep ringing and will probably need to take another annual leave day when it should have been rectified last Thursday I'm getting very frustrated and angry as they seem to be ignoring me. If anyone from HF is reading this please help thank you
