Not only did they give us the best quote, the engineer was fast and knowledgeable, polite and friendly. We have had zero issues with the installation or with the boiler since. Would 100% recommend!!

United Kingdom | 31 January 2019This should be nearer 1 star than 2 but the office staff are always polite just not very well informed and seem to only take action due to me constantly calling. The installation has to me some of the worst work I’ve ever seen!!! Whilst drilling holes to mount the boiler the engineer hit an electric wire.Accidents happen and I can except that but being left with a trail of extension leads leading across the kitchen for 2 weeks is just not good enough. To also find that the engineer decided to ball up a load of live wires toegether and leave it un-safe under the floor boards in my 5 year old sons bedroom beggars believe!! Tiles ripped off the wall, carpet stained after draining one of the radiators, pipes under the floor boards not clipped in and rammed through the ceiling, dust and soot left all over the floor and a hole burnt into the drain pipe to fit an overflow pipe!! And just to top it all off our washing up bowl was used to mix cement!! I’ve waited 9 days now to have an e-mail outlining the works and obvious compensation due but I’ve had nothing. Every time I call the office they seem to pass me around to each other with no one able to fully answer my questions. No one can give me a supervisors name or someone who’s in charge!! An electrician has been organised and an engineer has seen the issues but no one seems to be aware of the whole picture. Bad communication is letting me down even further than I’ve already been let down. Far far far from Hassle Free!!!!

United Kingdom | 28 January 2019Done exactly what it said on the tin ! We had our boiler replaced hassle free. Original quote was higher than quoted from BOXT and was a smaller boiler. Phoned up and got same as BOXT we’re offering for less money and also got new TRV x 3 thrown in for free. Engineer was great , clean tidy and polite . No issues after installation, all working fine. Whats not to like !! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new boiler 😊

United Kingdom | 25 January 2019The reason I have voted with 3 stars, is because, we booked to have the boiler installed on an Thursday. You said the scaffolding would be installed that week or in that morning. Hassle Free Boilers men arrived and no scaffolding ! I was on the phone constant to you that morning, the scaffolding had not been booked for that day. We made arrangements etc. for someone to be around that morning etc. the installers had travelled a long way as well, they had to leave and go. Eventually scaffolding was re-booked and your installers came back on Monday, scaffolding was installed Sunday Morning. When you your installers left and weather turned colder, we found out that they turned all the radiators off upstairs and they were not working at all. We had a plumber round and he turned them on, But radiator on landing does not work at all. I suggest you phone me and sort this out, Pretty poor service to be honest.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2019From start to finish we had no problems, everything was straight forward, communication was good, installation was speedy and pleased with the boiler provided. I did get a cheaper quote but Darren from HFB beat this by £50 and after doing some research I felt hassle free boilers were the best and most reliable. I did get three local boiler specialists in for quotes as I wanted to give local businesses a chance but all three were at least £700 more expensive. I'd highly recommend HFB, great boilers (viessmann) and great prices.

It's really a 4.9 and would've been a 5 had I been informed of another boiler that would've meant no visible pipework would be needed outside the house. Although they were very thorough and pointed out that pipework would be outside my house before installation day. It's just that on installation day, I realised how garish it would look. I was then told that an Ideal boiler (and not Viessmann, who I think they've obviously got a deal with) would mean no extra pipework would be required. Though that does mean I have only a 5-year warranty as opposed to a 10-year warranty. They, however, dealt with my last-minute change of plan without any fuss. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others. EDIT- I've put the score up to 5 now as their customer service has been brilliant.
