Very efficient service - I made the initial call and there was a quick pre-assessment followed by a quote and then a date for the fitting. The heating technician was excellent and very committed. The whole thing was sorted in just over a week.

Please do not use this company. I had a boiler installed on 5th January 2018 & am still having ongoing issues with my radiators. I have had numerous engineers visit the property & each one has said it’s a different problem & still 10 months later we have the same problems! I paid my 60% fee upfront as agreed & would pay the remainder once the problems were recitified, as the problems haven’t been recitified I haven’t paid the remaining 40% (agreed I would pay once rectified) but I have been threatened with court action. The customer service team are rude & unhelpful & take weeks to respond, if ever and I am still awaiting a response to my formal complaint which was submitted in April. This has caused us huge stress and worry & I wish I had never come across this company! Please please do not use this company!

Hassle Free Boilers are a small outfit that offer keen prices on leading boiler brands and then use local engineers to fit the boilers. I guess therefore that your satisfaction largely depends on the skill and experience of the engineers. In our case, the two guys Mick and Nev were terrific. They were quick, expert and tidy. They arrived when they said they would and were finished by early afternoon. If you live in the Manchester/West Yorkshire area, ask by name for them! The team in head office were helpful, efficient and made the appointment to fit the boiler very quickly - only three days after contacting them. I don't have any knowledge of their post-fitting customer service as nothing has gone wrong but so far, so good

Call Center -at hassle free - no problems - good customer service and communication, we we needed a new boiler ASAP as ours had completely died and they were the company who could facilitate this the quickest... so that was fantastic. Conflict of opinion between engineer who gave quote and the engineers who turned up to do the installation... which wasn’t helpful as at this point there is nothing you can do about your choice of boiler - we could only go with the advice given by hassle free boiler engineer The guys sent to install also left quite a lot of mess - especially behind the boiler which is now impossible to get at which is a shame when you have a shiny new boiler a a load of rubble stuck down the side of it. They were also reluctant to install a new gas pipe which we had paid for as it was tricky.

When moving house my wife and I decided to have a new boiler fitted by Hassle Free Boilers. We were not disappointed and very impressed with their exemplary service. The fitting team of Paul and Tyler were most professional with explanation at every stage of instillation and instruction on working the control system. This is without doubt a really well run company with great attention to customer need's. We would recommend them to anybody as the name implies they offer a hassle free 5 star service.

Just installed brand new boiler two weeks ago and it is broken already. Been trying to get engineer to fix it for the last free days but moving nowhere. Sent multiple emails, Whatsup video calls and did few phone calls. The 08001114040 (option 3) is always busy and voice messages gets ignored. Very stressful experience. Unacceptable service!

So I thought I was on to a winner with hassle free boilers. Their customer service team were lovely on the phone and very helpful however I scheduled in a survey for last Saturday at 10am - no one called and no one has called since. Instead I am going with a local tradesman who sticks to what he says he’s going to do. Sorry but hassle free boilers was just not quite hassle free and unreliable!

I really liked the concept from hassle free boilers where you can avoid making a big lump sum layout by making a monthly payment to cover the boiler, installation and support and maintenance. The sales process worked really well and my first appointment was booked for just 2 working days after I signed up. This was where my problems began. Two chaps turned up as promised but they were unable to do anything as they were missing parts and needed scaffolding to get on my roof. Another appointment was booked for the following Monday. In the meantime scaffolding was erected largely overlapping onto my neighbours property. On the Saturday before my appointment I got an email to say the booking was cancelled. After some emails I was offered another appointment the following Thursday. No-one turned up and at around 10am I got another email saying that they had to cancel due to an emergency. I was offered another appointment the following Tuesday. This basically left me 17 days without heating or hot water and 10 days with scaffolding that to me looks like it has been erected in the wrong place. Needless to say I have now booked with another company! It is very difficult to see how you can sign up for a 12 year contract with a company that can't even get the basics right at the start. Brief update: I've now been told it will take another week before someone can come and take away the scaffolding erected partly onto my neighbour's property and never used. I wish I'd never got involved with this company!

Exactly what it says in the name, completely Hassle free, I thought we would have a nightmare as we hadn't updated our boiler for years and they came to do a replacement to a combi boiler from an old baxi back boiler, They made it seem easy, the fitters were unbelieveably friendly and worked really hard, tidying everything as they went along too. The boiler we had fitted is fantastic, can control it from my phone, I feel so modern now. They took the time to show me how to set the swanky new app up as I'm a bit caveman when it comes to technology and its so simple. They do affordable payment plans and our boiler comes with a fab 10 year warranty, all I have to do is make sure I get it regularly serviced which we all should be doing anyway. I'm so happy that I just had to reccomend this company to anyone/everyone

Good Service from the central team and a fast turn around for installation. The Good: - efficient installation - Fast - Flexible with the pipework - competitive pricing The bad - Left lots of rubbish in the loft including the disconnected header tank - left a hole in the wall where the old flue had been (had to arrange for a remedial visit) The bad elements really did colour the whole experience with Hassle Free Boilers. If they'd have got them right this would have been an easy 5*.

Very poor customer service, I spoke to Sarah and Amelia over the phone to book an engineer and I cannot believe how rude they were towards me. They are experts in booking appointments without keeping to it and this is not the first time it has happened. BE VERY CAREFUL AS THIS COMMPANY WILL GIVE YOU ALOT OF HASSLE.

Whatever you do, do not use this company. They seem ok to start with, but they completely messed up the boiler installation in my property, leaving numerous problems and water pouring out of the side of the house. After several visits, promises of parts, promises to return, call after call on my part, every plumber who visits saying it's a different problem, they've now decided they do not want to deal with it any further. The name of 'hassle free' boilers is an absolute joke. I've never had to deal with such a useless company with such poor customer service.

After a traumatic week of boiler failure and water leaks, it was such a relief when Hassle free boilers sorted me a new boiler and even more important personally the engineer who fitted, couldn’t help me enough. Rob Gilbert was brilliant. Efficient, helpful, considerate, tidy and very informative. For the service and boiler I got it was very reasonably priced. It made dealing with Hassle free and Rob Gilbert a pleasure. Thank you very much.
