What on earth Without me agreeing one of there advisors did a full credit check saying it is going to be a soft credit check than sent me a agreement signature email what in the hell was that I told him that I’m only inquiring at the minute and still didn’t listen to me unbelievable that is against New GDPR rules have to report that company Also you are offering £39 a month on 3% apr for next 10 years so if I was quoted £2300 how will this work that’s surely isn’t 3% apr if I pay £39 a month for full 120 months so there is a communication gap which you are not providing and explaining your customers

Installed faulty controls for my boiler and are refusing liability saying to sort it out with Nest. Repeatedly failing to attend or even arrange visits. And practically every response to their emails where they are trying to get money is met with a "on holiday" email. Rude customer service staff and poor quality of install.

I contacted Hassle Free Boilers on Monday morning and my boiler was fitted two days later. Very neat job and the whole process was straightforward, friendly and quick. Recommended.

More stars would have been given if communication between hassle free and the assigned sub contractor was better as I had to wait a month for the magnacleanse to be carried out as hassle free had not told the installers

RUN A MILE! I am currently having to sue this company after a SECOND LEAK. I had to threaten to sue them over the first leak, for which they admitted liability (begrudgingly), before they would compensate me for the work I had to carry out not only to my flat but to the neighbours below. Now the second leak has occurred, which again damaged the flat below and which I am holding them responsible, they are simply refusing to pay. I offered them the chance to settle on many occasions for work totalling over £500 and they have consistently refused this offer. So it's off to court I go next month. Who knows, they may win. They certainly have the resources to afford expensive lawyers and may be able to pummel me into the ground. And to be fair to them, I have to prove my case. I will publish the result, win or lose after the case. Unless they settle, which would be in their favour, and I will let you know that too. I'm not holding my breath. This has been nothing but a MAJOR HASSLE.

Excellent from start to finish. The installation team were friendly and efficient, they did a superb job and cleaned up afterwards too. Hassle Free Boilers live up to their name, from the survey through booking and installation was seamless. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We just had a complete oil fired central heating install from Hassle Free Boilers and I couldn't be more chuffed with the service. From the initial consultation over the phone with Sam, site survey and installation the entire process was painless and we were met with honest advice from start to finish. The installation on our property was certainly not straightforward, the house is 250 years old and made of 22" thick stone walls; never the less our engineer Andy got the job finished within 5 days. All rubbish was taken away with the engineers and full instructions on operating our new system were given before they departed. First class service, couldn't recommend any more highly!

Great company! They beat my best price by £50 as promised, fast installation and great customer services. There was a little hick up with a slight leak but that was sorted and dealt with professionally. Would be happy to recommend to friends and family :)

Great service throughout from the initial enquiry to completion. The installer arrived on time was proffessional and completed a difficult job on time with little disruption. I found the customer service department helpful and explained everything

Getting a quote and ordering very simple and straightforward. The day of installation the fitters were there at just before 9:00. Set to work right away, very efficient team, polite and pleasant throughout the job. Boiler arrived at 9:30ish the whole job was finished by 2:30pm. An excellent job. Well done lads and thank you.

Had a quote from them. It wasn't only the price but the attitude of the chap that quoted us. Then explaining I wasn't happy with some of the quote I had 2 emails asking me if I wanted to go along with it. The answer was NO.

Great experience all round. Found Hassle Free Boilers through a comparison website. Virtual survey through FaceTime was a good idea, no waiting around for an engineer to visit. Matched a local quote, with an extra £50 off. Fitter was polite, and didn't make too much mess, although I would have maybe expected some tidy-round of the obvious dust created. Slight issue that incorrect boiler was quoted first time round, which was a worse spec model. However, HFB fixed this immediately fixed once pointed out, and sent through a modified quote. Only slight gripe is that the phone calls were rather incessant, even when I advised them that I was waiting for other companies to quote, but otherwise a positive experience, and the new boiler is working great.

Brillant company. From the moment Sam called me in the morning to speak to me about my enquiry, I knew I was in safe hands. He talked me through the process and even kept to his promise of price matching (and beating) any competitor quotes I had. On the day of the installation, I had a perfect boiler fitter (Florinel) come round, (a stark contrast to the repair man who had come from a rival company a few days before). The service was smooth and Florinel was very informative and patient! I was at work during the majority of the service with my parents looking after my home however Florinel, stayed an extra 30 minutes after service completion to ensure I was fully aware of what had taken place and how I can utilise all of my boilers new features! :-) Thank you Hassle Free Boilers for being living up to your name!

We had a new Worcester Bosch boiler fitted by hassle free boilers December 2017. The workmen turned up on time and got on with the job. However, they told me the boiler couldn't run hot water or heating on its own due to a faulty 3 way valve in the airing cupboard. This had been replaced less than 12 months before so I knew this wasn't the case. They didn't fit a new wireless thermostat as promised, I was later told this was because it was faulty. When they returned and fitted the wireless thermostat, as if by magic the boiler worked as expected! However, we realized after they had left that it kept cycling on and off, this was due to air in the system, which left us in a freezing cold house over Christmas and New year, so we weren't happy. After this fault was eventually fixed, I then received a message saying if I didn't pay the outstanding balance immediately they would refer my case to their legal team. This was after they had agreed I would pay the outstanding balance when I was happy it was all working properly. So eventually the boiler worked properly and is great, however hassle free boilers is a rather ironic name, and I can't really recommend them to anyone because of this, which is a shame as they were friendly and competitively priced.
