Why should we chase when this is what we are paying for? Breech of contrat here on your side, buyer beware they take the mons#ey and increase the price year by year but sont even have the decency to call to arrange a service, gos help if it goes wrong!!!!!

United Kingdom | 03 May 2018I’ve been dealing with many boiler companies the last two weeks for a new boiler and this has to be the worst customer service. Waited 2-3 weeks for the surveyor and at the end I’ve been booked in the wrong time, and no one call me back to follow up. I emailed to complain and all I got is an email from them to say “sorry to see you go” ...won’t be a good company to deal with the after care service

United Kingdom | 03 May 2018They sent me an indicative quote for £1900 to entice me in and then after I send them a few images they have a fixed bill for £3200. Then try and answer with some rubbish about scaffolding required, when it's easily accessible by ladder. Also, no other quotes I have had have required scaffolding. The job is not complex in the slightest, for anyone competent Rouge Traders

United Kingdom | 01 May 2018Faults (F72 & F83) now occurring on a daily basis. Called numerous time (left without heating or hot water over several weekends with a grand-baby to care for). On one occasion I was instructed to resolve the issue myself by logging onto their website. Presently awaiting an engineer to attend for a call-out reported on Saturday, 28 April - it's now Tuesday 1 May and still no joy!! Sigh... I've actually lost the will - disappointment and failure in after service would be an under-statement.

United Kingdom | 09 April 2018I have been very pleased with Hassle Free Boilers and I would rate them as 5 stars if it were not for the design fault with the Vaillant boiler which meant that in the cold weather the condensate drain pipework froze over and I had to venture outside in thick snow to defrost the pipe with hot water - a dangerous activity at any age - let alone 74. The pipe work should have terminated within the heated envelope of my house.

They confirmed my quotation within a couple of hours and we arranged a date for about two weeks later. Turned up at 8:00 AM exactly, as promised and finished the job inside a day. Good competitive price and excellent service.
