United Kingdom | 29 May 2018In my communications in respect of purchasing a new Combi-boiler system for my home with Hassle Free Boilers I found the staff I spoke with on the phone highly responsive and honest.The arrangement for the order and installation of the chosen unit (Worcester-Bosch 32 cdi) was done within 2 days. The representative installing engineer arrived timely on the day and he was well qualified and efficient. He manged to remove the old unit and install the new one plus performed all relevant safety tests and provided certification all within the same day.

United Kingdom | 24 May 2018After looking up different boiler suppliers, we settled on Hassle free because they were the only company to get back to us within hours of our enquiry. The quote was done by Darren over the phone and the appointment made for a surveyor to visit and note the site of the boiler etc. It was a thorough survey taking almost an hour with no detail missed. The day of the installation showed the contractor Pro Heat Solutions arriving earlier than arranged which wasnt a bad thing and, within 20 minutes, our old free standing boiler was removed from the kitchen. As it was an outside boiler being installed, all this was done without any problems and pipes were diverted from the kitchen via the loft space and out to the boiler giving us a cleaner looking kitchen and less problems for our kitchen fitter. All in all, a stress free installation and the site left clean and tidy and, all rubbish removed. One last point, Pro Heat Solutions even fitted our new towel rail as part of the installation, a great couple of guys.

United Kingdom | 19 May 2018Week after installation had major flood caused buy faulty installation by hassle free boikers caused me 20k of damage to property .poor customer service they went to the extent of taking court action against me for not paying them the monthly installments, had to buy new boiler and have been left in a mess by this company

United Kingdom | 19 May 2018The purchase of the new boiler was hassle-free. I would have expected more than one fitter to fit the new boiler because the lone fitter had to work hard for a long time. I expected the central heating system to be flushed completely but the minor flush was just to protect the boiler.

After a couple of minutes on the telephone I had an indicative cost, later that day I had a remote survey via a video call with one of their surveyors and afterwards was provided with a fixed price quotation all in a couple of hours of enquiring! My old Bosch boiler had packed in so I was in dire need of a boiler so I booked in (Thursday) and had availability the following week! The work was completed within 2 days as I wanted to get a new combination boiler and I did not have one previously. They left no mess and the chaps who completed the work were lovely gentlemen. They really were Hassle Free, exactly what it say's on the tin.

United Kingdom | 18 May 2018I must admit I was doubtful that a Company called "hassle Free" would live up to its name particularly with a complicated boiler renewal. But this company come up trumps from initial surveyor to our incredible engineer Stuart who checked at every step if we were happy with installation and new pipes etc. He also respected our home and minimised the amount of mess. I would definitely recommend this Company for Value for money, and total professionalism from start to finish.

Later on had a WhatsApp video call from the engineer.few minor adjustments had to be made due to new regulations.had the engineer come out exactly on time and the job was completed within 7 hours excellent. United Kingdom | 16 May 2018The whole process is smooth. The virtual assessment (by taking photos and sending to Hassle Free Boilers) makes life very easy. The quote was provided and was in fact cheaper than two others I got (from well known companies). The installation was efficient, timely and quick. I chose the Worcester Bosch Eco range - the Drayton Wiser smart app (and I have purchased further smart radiator valves since installation) means I can manage the heating in the house from my phone...and in individual rooms. Very happy with the overall process. The reason it is not 5 stars... The sales team were passive aggressive when they spoke to me. I knew i was going to use them - mainly as the whole process to get the quote and they were competitive. However, the sales team were desperate for a sale. Once the sales rep. had the sale, I wanted to ask a couple of questions - before I knew it, he had diverted my call to a colleague to book in the installation. His manager also called to get me to make a payment and did not fill me with confidence either. However, I sent an email to the customer service team who were very good and responded to my enquiries quickly and politely.

United Kingdom | 08 May 2018I used their online service to predict the cost of a new boiler, I wasn't told the boilers name and I knew it wouldn't be an accurate price. but was alittle impressed when I was given the cost. I was given a date for a survey, which was an a.m visit on bank holiday. This was the bank holiday which broke records for high temps. We waited in for the surveyor and it was a no show, I wouldn't be complaining if I was told he wouldn't come, but they couldn't even be bothered to call me. I called them after 12.30pm and asked if he would turn up and the staff in the survey dept. had no idea. I already had an idea of the boiler I wanted, my neighbour has a similar sized house and their new boiler is brilliant, I got a few quotes for this type of boiler, ranging from £3700 to £4100, When I spoke to Hassle Free Boilers to arrange a surveyors visit, I told them of the boiler I was interested in. They sent me a quote for this same boiler which was over £4600. They knew about my cheaper quote and asked me to send in the details, which I did. I was told they would price beat any quote, but I'm a sceptic and think the surveyor didn't visit my home because they didn't want to honour their promise, so thought it would be best not to survey at all. My advice to any one using this company, get them to visit your home for a survey and quote, be prepared they're expensive. After their visit, get other boiler installers to give quotes, these will definitely be cheaper and then contact Hassle Free Boilers and get them to price beat.
