Hassle free boilers, are exactly what it says on tin.... very professional, very prompt, and HASSLE FREE, I would recommend this company to anyone.

Got a great deal on a which best buy boiler, customer service team helpful and attentive and 'real' and by that i mean not scripted, just straight forward answers. Boiler arrived as stated, as did the installer, a clean, professional installation. Helpful explanation of use, pleasant experience all round.

From estimate through to installation and follow up call everyone I spoke to was friendly efficient and informative, the work was carried out by an engineer who respected our property and explained the controls of the new system. The price was competitive and service was second to none.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Dont ever ever use this company, they may offer a good price to suck you in but once they have your money your screwed. My boiler worked for 2 weeks at best then the hot water didnt work properly and now its will be 3 weeks by the time an engineer comes out and i will have lose a days wages to wait between 7am and 6pm for them to turn up. I rang hassle free boilers and they are refusing to take any responsibility for the faulty boiler a mere 3 weeks after installation. ive just paid them £2500 and they are refusing any kind of compensation depsite me losing pay and no hot water for 3 weeks, they were rude and simply didnt care...they offered to send an engineer out but told me it would invalidate my warranty which was pointless!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!

In 2016 Christmas Eve our old boiler couldnt be fixed because one of the big energy company’s broke it then left us with no heating and no hot water for nearly 2 week and at that time my little boy was only 2. I found hasslefree boilers online and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide and they was really quick at coming out once We had done all the papers. Really recommend them very friendly staff and always ready to help. X

Hassle free boilers - well just remove the word 'free' and that is concisely what they are! They do not do what they say, in an emergency you are totally ignored or asked to fix the boiler yourself. They are not 24 hours either! Worse company ever - I would give them minus stars but had to leave one star in order to write this

Very friendly, and responsive to any issues of which there were only a couple - a few days delay in installation and a minor lack in the instructions given, which I corrected myself. The boiler works well and is efficient. Happy to recommend them to my friends and family.

Fantastic company! They sent out a knowledgeable engineer to do a survey instead of a long-winded salesman and a quote was provided in a matter of minutes. The price was fantastic and the contractors came earlier than expected and finished in a handful of hours. Hassle free was also happy to include extras such as replacing radiators or scale reducers at no extra cost when requested. Highly recommended.
