Well got so small problems sorted out all good now, Every thing is going well now boiler is to be serviced monday 29/01/24

This time it took someone 7 days to come out to the problem (trouble with the thermostat) fitted one part but then they said something else was wrong and they would be back the next day but 2 days later nobody has come. We have been left with no boiler function at all no heating or hot water . No response from emails to the company at all so completely been left in limbo. Not good customer service. Looking like I'll have to seek legal advice as they are completely in breach of contract. Used to be a good company prior to lockdown but now its so stressful when you have boiler trouble.

My boiler broke down during a very cold period of weather. I have two young sons and had no heating or hot water. I contacted Hassle Free Boilers who immediately arranged an engineer to call. Unfortunately the boiler required a manufacturer specialist part so the engineer was unable to resolve the situation immediately. Hassle Free Boilers contacted the manufacturer on my behalf and arranged for the part to be replaced and therefore restored both heating and hot water to the property. The customer service provided by Hassle Free Boilers was excellent and they went the extra mile to ensure my heating and hot water were restored with as minimal disruption as possible.

This company used to have great, proactive customer service. Now they seem to outsource to the point no one is accountable for anything, you cannot get hold if anyone easily. I have to chase for the annual services where they used to send reminders. This has been the case for the last few years and nothing is changing. Time to leave.

Having a total nightmare with hassle free boilers and would highly recommend avoiding at all costs. Bought a Viessmann boiler 5 years ago which has caused us nothing but trouble. We paid for an extra 2 years warranty taking the warranty to 7 years but between Viessmann and hassle free boilers they're both saying we have to speak to the other company to get someone out for the latest problem (plate heat exchanger) we've been left with no hot water for 5 days now. Hassle free boilers DO NOT have a phone number to ring anyone instead you have to communicate using emails which takes days to get a single reply everytime. They couldn't help you more when you're buying from them but once you've paid they want nothing to do with you. We're now having to go to trading standards to resolve.

Amazing customer service. Would definitely use them again. Jacob in particular is very polite and professional and was amazing all round.

Hassle free Boilers have only ever given 2 Services on the last one I was told that my heating system the radiators needed flushing 2 years later still no attendance also tied in to a contract that they do not honor but threatened with legal action when they changed to Eco vision without collecting direct debit to which I am paying arrears that they caused themselves at the same time booked me in for a call back to get the Radiators flushed of course no call Please would be bind into a long contract costing you 7000 pounds or more there are more reputable companies that consumers can go to ? Hassle definitely I am considering the Ombudsman as Firstly I was quoted at purchase of Contract yearly Service also repairs given priority none of this has materialized Hassle Free Boilers seem to think that the Contract Binds them over the Customer we then have to do as we are told you cannot stop payment as then they will put a order on your house even if they are at fault so many excuses absolutely terrible company No Contact No just fill a form out that gets ignored

Anybody about to take out a contract with these seriously need to reconsider there options. We took out a contract in 2016 and never missed a payment. In nearly eight years we've only had three or four services, they don't send out reminders when a service is due. In October last year we emailed them to arrange a service, they said the engineers will be in touch we are still waiting. We then contacted them about the poor service and got the (due to Covid) excuse which doesn't explain the lack of service before or after Covid. As a service provider they are clearly in breach of contract, the fact that you can't speak to a person over the phone tells you all you need to know about this cowboy outfit. Further to the above HFB tried to have this review removed, seems they don't like folk telling the truth.

I had no heating or hot water and the response from hassle Free boilers and the engineer was very quick, it was dealt with and fixed in a matter of one day, including having to obtain the part required
