I ordered on Wednesday night and just now Friday morning it has been delivered exactly as in picture. From my own personal experience this has been one of easiest fastest and best companies to deal with.

Spoke to someone on 24/10 who stated that the mirror had been sent and I should have received it on 18/10. They said they would look into this but no response. I am waiting for a full refund. Waste of time business.

United Kingdom | 16 October 2024We ordered a mirror and paid £12.95 for 3-7 days delivery. After waiting 4 times that length it didn’t arrive and so we chased. They said they would refund the delivery charge (they didn’t). 27 days later they said they cannot find a reliable supplier and so would refund the cost. 15 days later and we haven’t got that either. All in all, we paid £117 for a mirror 42 days ago, which they couldn’t supply and haven’t followed through on any of the refund they promised. I was hesitant to write a review because they said they were a family business but I now genuinely think that might be a cover story and it’s a fraudulent venture. They haven’t responded to emails or answered the phone. In case they read this, my order number is DI-36444. Please can you return the money you have stolen?

I have sent several emails, and no reply. This is the second time I have purchased from this company, and I am experiencing the same poor service with communication and delivery. United Kingdom | 24 September 2024I ordered a throw when it was out of stock knowing it would have a delayed delivery, that's absolutely fine. I then get an email that there has been a further delay, again fine. I then email to check the status of my order and I am informed it is being sent express delivery and that I'll receive a tracking number shortly. It has now been 21 days since I have heard anything and my previous three emails have been ignored. It has been over two months since I placed the order. I feel like I have been scammed and this company doesn't actually exist. If anyone actually reads these, my order number is 34638 UPDATE company apologised and offered me a £10 gift card and assured me my package would be delivered within the week. 2 weeks went by and nothing. I contacted the company again and I was told that according to their records it had been delivered. When I assured them that wasn't true, they said the would gey back to me. No one did. I then went on their website to check the item myself and their website now said that the item wasn't expected to come back into stock until 2025, and yet they were telling me it would be delivered any day now. I eventually requested a refund after hearing nothing for weeks. I ordered from another website and received it in 4 days.

Yes the order took slightly longer than expected by about a week but the item was half the price I’d seen elsewhere. I received regular email updates and when it arrived it was well packaged and in perfect condition. I would definitely order from them again but just expect a longer delivery time.

United Kingdom | 21 August 2024This company is appalling. I ordered some candle sconces 3 weeks ago, zero updates on delivery and me having to constantly chase. Being pushed back and having seen the other reviews I have now asked to cancel the order as I am unconvinced I will ever receive the items. It’s over £280 of stock and they have the cheek to charge 7.95 for ‘express delivery’ which I selected as I needed the items quickly. I am not confident the refund will be forthcoming either.

United Kingdom | 20 August 2024I ordered a Sofa for £609, four days later I received an email from this company saying that the sofa was out of stock and my only options were a full refund or wait for it to become available in the future without any date in mind. I said that I wanted a full refund and was told that it would be processed.. it’s been 8 weeks since then and I still haven’t received any refund!! I have emailed & called multiple times and haven’t heard from anyone. Terrible customer service and accounts department, scammers. They reply more to reviews than to their emails, disgraceful company.
