United Kingdom | 03 December 2024I ordered candlesticks on Nov 19th and still have not received. Money taken on same day. I have contacted several times on their ticket system, which does not work as no response within the time scales stated which range from 2 to 30 mins. I have tried contacting via telephone but it just clicks through to voicemail. Despite decor interiors responding stating the item would be dispatched on Thursday and I would receive tracking info this has not happened. I am now seeking a full refund but this is going to be difficult as they still do not answer phone or respond to tickets.

United Kingdom | 03 December 2024I really didn’t want to write this poor review and have tried to be patient. I ordered two garden mirrors - total cost £212. Ordered 26/10/24 and payment taken on 28/10. I finally received the mirrors on 11/11/24 but one was broken. I made contact immediately and asked for a replacement (photos sent Of the broken mirror).Received response to say one was being despatched. Checked in by phone on 15/11 and told again that one would be despatched. I still have not received the replacement or offer of a refund. Please sort as soon as possible!

Finally received one of the items but had to cancel the other as was still not available. Refund for that part of the order has still not been processed. Will not be ordering anything from them again.

United Kingdom | 29 November 2024AVOID… Ordered an item with a 3 -7 day delivery, after 10 days with no delivery, emailed to enquire when it should be expected as it was a birthday present. No real communication from them, after another week I was told it had just been dispatched with a 2 day delivery lead time. waited another 5 days and still no item. Finally was received nearly a month later, So they had lied and told me it was dispatched and obviously wasn’t. Item arrived damaged and really couldn’t be bothered to even send back as I didn’t want to waste more time trying to chase a refund Do not order from them, customer service is 0 and you’ll spend a lot of your own time chasing them!

Three weeks after ordering, item still hasn’t been delivered, despite me chasing constantly. The company has now stopped replying to my emails. They have stolen almost £80 from me. Do not order from this company. They are thieves and a lady called Sarah has lied to me in writing. I will be contacting the police, unless I receive a refund within 24 hours.

Ireland | 25 November 2024Was informed at time of purchase that the item would be dispatched 5-7 days-10 days later still not dispatched, looked online for reviews, realised this had happened to others. Emailed customer email and cancelled order requesting refund due to delay, was informed that there was no email or person I could contact in relation to refund and it took a further 10 days after several emails to receive email saying refund was being processed. Still awaiting refund. Wish I had reviews first.

I placed an order for an expensive table, expecting delivery within the promised timeframe of 3 to 7 days. Unfortunately, I did not receive the table for over two and a half months. Throughout this period, I reached out multiple times via email, and while I was assured that my order would be shipped that week, those promises were not fulfilled. At times, I did not receive any response at all. When the table finally arrived, I found the quality to be unsatisfactory and broke. I won't be sending it back, as I'm confident they won't issue a refund. Given my experience, I would advise potential customers to thoroughly research reviews before making a purchase. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
