Kenny Watt, one of the partners, was consistently unresponsive and reactive to problems. His failure to review the paperwork delayed our house sale by a week, costing us time and money. We were left constantly chasing him for updates, with no one taking any initiative or keeping us informed on progress. Then, several months after purchasing our new home, we discovered errors in the title deeds, and despite two months of follow-up, MFL ignores our emails. Don't waste your money.
