Claire Morris managed the legal aspect of the sale of 2 properties over a period of 4 months. Her attention to the customer was exemplary; sound advice, always available and very approachable and responsive. Claire made the stressful process so easy. The surveys and estate agent matters were also well managed by Craig Peters and Claire Ironside. In summary MFL met my expectations and I would positively recommend them for both estate agency and legal/conveyancing matters.

I recently sold my my mums flat in the East End with McEwan Fraser & Legal and I was very impressed with the service. The first guy that came out was called Jonny Clifford and he was brilliant. He was very knowledgeable about the market and the area and showed me a few other flats and houses that he had sold nearby for good prices. He was always available to take my calls, even late at night and on a Sunday. The staff in their head office were also very efficient and kept me in the loop at every stage. One thing I will say is that they are not the cheapest, I had a few other estate agents come out that offered better prices but Jonny was the most professional and knowledgeable of all the people that came out and I figured it would be worth spending a bit more for piece of mind. She ended up getting £12,000 over home report so it was well worth the extra £300 in my eyes. If you are looking for a good service with little hassle, I would recommend this company.
