I purchased a course voucher from Alpha Academy via Groupon in June 2024 for their Effective Leadership Strategies bundle. Unfortunately, due to some technical issues during redemption, I reached out to Alpha Academy for support in March 2025 — still within a reasonable timeframe considering the nature of online courses. Despite my efforts and providing proof of purchase, Alpha Academy refused to grant access to the course or offer any form of resolution simply because I had not contacted them earlier. Their responses were dismissive, rigid, and completely lacked flexibility or any real attempt to assist a paying customer. It’s disappointing to see such poor aftercare and an unwillingness to resolve a genuine issue. Many reputable online education providers understand that things can go wrong and work with their customers — sadly, Alpha Academy does not fall into that category. I won’t be using them again, and I wouldn’t recommend them if you're looking for a provider that values its customers or stands behind its service.

Great course, easy and clear understanding.. my sons starting the car mechanic one and looking forward to learning.. the support team are excellent and quick efficient in answering any questions. I dealt with James and he was so friendly and helped with any questions I had ..thanks Alpha academy, you're the best!

All the modules were interesting, easy to follow and understand, and would be very helpful if you were ever in the awful situation where they were needed (although I hope I never will be!) It is worth doing this course to try to learn the basics of pet first aid - I would recommend it.

Bought a course but the trainer is not understandable (indish accent and hes bascially reading the explanation of chatgpt on their own page to cover his own "what is chatgpt" chapter) - total crap. Also it seems you can only go fullscreen on the player (which is not feasible for me i - have a gamin monitor)

I have completed two courses with Aplha Academy, the process from choosing my course to learning and studying the course and finally obtaining my certification at the end of the courses easy efficient and accessible, highly recommended and I will be choosing this option again in future for my choice of courses.
