Placed my order at the end of February, still waiting for my goods. Phones are unmanned with only a recorded message telling you to email them. They have not replied to my last three emails, had been promised delivery today. I arranged for someone to be at my house to take delivery .... no delivery received! Looking at the other reviews I am very concerned!

I placed an order on 13th March. The website quotes a 4 day delivery time. 7 working days later I am still waiting for the order. Contact with Splashdirect is difficult at best. They eventually replied to my 1st email after much chasing, they don't reply to tweets and their 2 phone numbers aren't manned, they go straight to a recorded message. Its appears Splashdirect do their best to avoid all customer contact. I wish I'd read the customer feedback before placing my order, its very poor. Also less than open how their website gives the impression all the feedback is good. Glad I clicked on the Trustpilot link to see what people really think. I'm wondering how long before I have to cancel my order and will I have a battle to get my money back. Not a great experience Update 27th March - To the other reviewers who write about contacting Citizens Advice &/or Trading Standards: Please let us know how you get on. Having waited over 2 weeks with mails unanswered, no reply to website enquiries and it being impossible to speak to them by phone I have no information and assume they won't fulfill the order. I'm keen to know my rights and how to proceed. Update 8th April. As so many of you suspected they are now out of business. I just received a return email stating they are no longer trading and advising me to contact my credit card company. I was already following advice from Citizens Advice and was just days away from contacting my credit card company. Now I will do so right away.

I placed my order on the 28th February for bath and basin taps, a fortnight later I chased it up to find that the order for some reason had not been dispatched. They said as a good will gesture they would return my delivery charge (I still haven't received this refund). I was assured it would be dispatched the next day but when the delivery arrived only the basin taps were present. Contacted them again to find the bath taps were damaged so they couldn't send them out. I am still waiting for the remainder of my order, as of the 24th March, so understandably I am not very impressed with the service provided. The basin taps appear to be of good quality but they have yet to be fitted to confirm this.

Ordered a bath screen 3 weeks ago and still not received it. Was told initial screen was damaged and so they are ordering in another one. Since then I've had no confirmation this will actually happen or not. Dont know whether to wait in or not for delivery. Cant phone them as they no longer have a phone number and they no longer respond to emails. I've waited a few days hoping they would reply before leaving this review. Buy from somewhere else. Super frustrated.

Order incomplete, placed on 13th. March, unable to contact company by telephone due to them trialling an email response scheme, no answers to questions about the order two days after sending email and time running out to get the shower unit fitted by the installer who was booked at the time of the order being placed.

I ordered a new cloakroom set with vanity unit on 1st March 2015. The pan, concealed cistern and counter top bowl eventually arrived on 17th March after I inquired on 14th March. No vanity unit was on the pallet. I've been trying to call ever since (now 24th March) and yesterday i decided to email because the latest answerphone message tells customers to email for a response, targeted reply within 24 hours. Apparently this is a trial system. Well it's 25 plus hours since my inquiry and still no contact. I've returned to Splash Direct because they were good in terms of delivery and after sales contact before but there's something seriously wrong this time. I don't usually mark down companies because i know every bodies trying but this time i have real concerns. I just want them to contact me! Wheres my unit?

My order was not exactly despached quickly and when it did arrive it was short of one item. However, between ordering and delivery their telephone order line had vapourised. Not a good sign. An email brought the response that delivery would be last week (sic). Need you guess that it wasn't! A further 3 emails later and no response whatsover. My honest opinion is that now without telephone support and no responses to emails, Splashdirect have the hallmarks of a failing business. I did give them the opportunity to address matters before I posted this, but even that brought no response - I can only speak as I find them.

One month delivery from order date and no items held in stock this company does not care about you!….Splashdirect have been the worst company I have ever ordered from. I placed my order on the 27th of Feb and was told that it would be a 4-6 day delivery.   I phoned on the 6th working day to ask why I haven’t received delivery information. I was told that one of the items wasn’t in stock and I will need to wait another 4-6 days for it to arrive. I was told that I could have some of my order delivered but I wanted it as one so I didn’t have to take 2 separate days off work.   I was told that I would have a next day delivery once the item arrives with them. The item arrived on Thursday lunch and was told I’ll receive my delivery on Tuesday. I argued that this was not next day delivery and they told me it was a 48 hour delivery like they said! I checked my emails to correct them to a next day delivery on the Monday.   The website that states you choose a day and time is wrong, I was told the website is out of date.   Monday comes and a receive a toilet. 1 of 5 items I had ordered, I was still missing a radiator, shower tray, doors and shower.   This was when Splash direct had “ungraded” to an email only service so I couldn’t talk to anyone only send emails to wait 24 hours for a reply.   It turns out the pallet had been lost. I had to wait 24 hours while they searched there warehouse only to be told it was lost forever. They said they could reorder or cancel my order. I’d have to pay to ship the loo back if I cancelled or they would deduct it from my reimbursement. I was told it would take 7 days to get my money back but 4-6 days to reorder the missing items.   Stupidly I went for a reorder saying that a delivery date would likely be on the following Monday  I told them that I would not be in on a Monday as I had used my holiday to take the day off for my original order date that they messed up not me. I was told that I can’t pick a day and I also can’t stop them sending it out, if I miss a delivery I will be charged £35 for a re delivery.   During this whole ordeal I lost my plumber who charged me 2 days for turning up and end the end refused to work on my house due to other jobs taking priority as they have parts for him to work with.   I have cancelled my order on the 24th of March and obtained a next day delivery from Victoria Plumb.   Please Please Please do not use this company, they will not offer any compensation and do not care about you!!!

I've copied pasted previous review as exactly same comments apply. Phone message says they've moved to email responses (which they don't actually do) instead of answering a telephone - how can that be better customer service!!! Fear they're just about to go t**ts up and have laid off all their staff. The communication regarding my order was poor - money was taken but the order didn't arrive, when I questioned this I was told it was because the shower tray was out of stock - not a problem but would have been nice to have been told without having to ask. The order then arrived, minus the shower tray and when I emailed to query this I've had no response. So it wasn't a great idea for them to then email me asking for a review! Not impressed.

I had paid for delivery and the order tracking quoted delivery in 5 days. I rang the company after 2,weeks as they had not contacted me to inform me of a reason for the late delivery. The explanation was that they had issues with their suppliers. This delay put my bathroom project on hold and I had to explain the time delay to the people working on my bathroom.

We placed an emergency order. Received the wrong product. Emailed sent diagrammes, got a feedback: this product is the same but different colour, does the same job. Nightmare to install - our plumber found that the pipe is not a standard uk diameter. If you don.t have rhe product don't put it on the shop site and please contact your customers to warn them. We paid £10 next day delivery for the wrong product, a joke. No further answer from Splash cs

The basin was exactly as described and was delivered quickly and we were kept up to date re: delivery time. It was very well packaged, in fact, there was so much protective packaging, it was nearly OTT. The basin was exactly what we were looking for. Because all was ok, we haven't needed to use the customer service, so can't comment on that.

Cant think there would be another company with this name. It says Dissolved when you check them out. Also their Ebaths name shows the same. Yet they still seem to be selling on their site. Also don't think their 5* reviews are real. If you look at the wording they all seem to be written the same way!! Also on their site the reviews are headed 'selected' - funny how you cant get to put a review on their site. Haven't rec'd order yet despite promises. Managed to get hold of the courier who promised to deliver today. However, on contacting them they tell me today that they are with holding the consignment because Splash owes them money!!! Have tried using the 'live chat' and got told that it was the first they heard of this and now they will pass it to their management and accounts. Find that strange as the courier would have been in touch with them to say they owed money. The live chat went down!! Strangely enough 'Molly' seems to be the only one working on the live chat. She can't spell either!!. Find this extraordinary as you can't get hold of them by phone, would have thought that they would have more than just one operator. We await a reply - but not holding out much hope having read the reviews so far.

Ordered a mirrored cabinet with 4-5 days delivery. Agreed date went by and no delivery or contact from the company. No reply to emails other than automatic "We will answer your query within 24 working hours. Rest assured, that your query is of the utmost importance to us, and we will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible". Held in queue on phone so gave up. Eventually got through. They apologised and put it down to computer problems. Told to expect delivery in 7-10 days some 3 weeks after ordering. Arrived in totally inadequate, flimsy packaging, dented and with bits of smashed mirror falling out of the box. Now when you ring a voice says that in order to improve the service to customers they only respond to emails. Received an email saying throw the cabinet in the bin and they will refund through Paypal. A week later still waiting. Wish I had read the other reviews before ordering.

I ordered a basin nearly 4 weeks ago and I have still not received it. They did send me one that arrived after about 2 weeks but that was smashed to pieces due to poor packaging. I'm still waiting for the replacement. In the intervening period they decided to stop speaking to people on the phone to be more efficient and personal(?) by only communicating by email. I need this basin, it's holding up the finish of my barn conversion, it's costing me money, and no-one seems to care. A thoroughly frustrating experience - will NOT be using again.

After a couple of niggles re delivery and a wrong item delivered, they made every effort to amend. The assistants were lovely to deal with
