Bought a complete Infinity shower from this outfit £385.00 in 2014. Fitting instructions clearly show 2 seals for fitting glass side panel to wall channel.There was only 1 with the package. When contacted about the missing seal they emailed that the instructions were wrong. I didn't need one. Now I have a shower cubicle with only one proper seal on and have been unable to source the same type anywhere. I guess this is why they say I don't need one. Take a chance with this company if you want, but I wouldn't have anything to do with them again.

I ordered and paid for 900mm folding shower screen . To my surprise an 800mm screen arrived (late) Following a phone call I was told they do not stock this size anymore so they just sent out 800mm folding screen , without explanation. When I contacted the company I was told the screen had to be returned before a full refund is made . the screen was returned the following day . a week later and I still await the refund !

After much research found a shower screen that had good reviews and at a good price. Used the next day delivery so I could receive it when I wanted and it arrived in good time, and in perfect condition.

After a bit of research into shower screen providers I decided to use SplashDirect, they offered good value and they seemed to have a good reputation however, I ordered a shower screen , it turned up on time , perfect? well no, I opened the package a little later to find a fixing bar dented, I emailed customer service who replied in a short space of time asking my preference for a refund or replacement, as it was the style I was after I asked for a replacement. I was asked when I would like it delivered and I replied is it possible in two days time, it was and it came on time no problem. April, the customer services agent was very good, there was a problem and these things happen, but, and I think it's a big but, it got sorted very quickly, what can I say? Excellent, I shall be shopping there again. Thank you David Porter

I ordered a toilet and corner sink and taps. They arrived as stated online in 4 days. Perfect condition and in good order. Only problem was there was no floor fixing kit for the toilet, this is not the problem of splashdirect due to the toilet being in packing from the maker. I was very impressed by the whole experience and would recommend them with no hesitation.

My first order was just before Christmas and it got rather held up in transit. Carriage was reimbursed but I then noticed on my bank statement that payment had been taken 5 times for some reason and only credited back 3 times so I had to contact them and organise an extra credit which was duly done. All very time consuming My second order was prompted by 15% New Year Sale offer however discount did not end up being that. Delivery was rather slow as one item not in warehouse but I was not notified. Eventually arrived in good condition well packed unlike some online services.

Splash Direct would always be my first choice when ordering for the bathroom.

Item ordered arrived within 2 days and was well packed. Will be installed shortly

Would have been nice to have been informed it was out of stock, and also to get a email with a delivery date

The on-line site said in stock, delivery 4 days. Took more than 2 weeks to get here, Packing damaged and the shower frame scratched, Instructions poor. Price good

Hairline crack under basin that poured when releasing water down waste. Had the look of being repaired previously. Basin fitted and sealed in prior to first use. Had to repair in situ.

At time of ordering,all items said to be available for early delivery but this turned out not to be the case. Only as a result of my follow up,was it made clear,that one item was "out of stock" and a suitable alternative,from the company's own website,found. Even in terms of delivery,conflicting information was given,by different members of staff.In a final effort to resolve the situation,a manager arranged for next day delivery of the full order. Initial inspection showed that the goods were of good quality. Overall,pleased with the purchase but customer service needs to be improved.

The cloakroom vanity unit/ basin combination arrived promptly and looked to be exactly what I wanted and very good quality for the price, excellent so far. Unfortunately the basin did not fit on the vanity unit and I had to modify the unit by cutting away an 8in x 2in piece of the basin mounting frame to get the basin to fit so that the unit could fit flush to the wall. I would have returned it but I already had the old sink and plumbing removed and going through the returns process (photos, problem assessment delivery times etc) would have been unacceptably slow. Anyway its now installed and very nice it looks too.

Wouldn't order from here again. Order took ages the sent and found myself doing the chasing as no one stuck to there word

No hassle with my online ordering, excellent service, well packaged, and very pleased overall.... I would have no issue at all ordering from Splashdirect again... Very good....

On showing my plumber the pedestal & basin he stated he had never seen such poor casting/enamelling,Splashdirect arranged return of items & promised a refund that I am still waiting for. I was very pleased with the initial dealing with them but I am not sure now. Update 26/03/15. Still waiting for refund and have had to resort to credit card company to deal with. Splashdirect have a message on all their tel.lines stating they only accept 'e'mails and will not deal with anyone other than by 'e'mail.Have not had reply to last three I sent.

Whilst the point of contact (friendly lady on the end of the phone) customer service is helpful and empathetic, the shower screen I ordered failed to arrive twice and despite saying they would call me back, nobody did. On calling them a third time a got another story about the supplier letting them down and based on the somewhat shaky reviews I've read since placing the order, I asked for an immediate refund. Which I'm told was done whilst I was on the phone. Fingers crossed the money will appear back in my account.

Splashdirect have failed THREE times to deliver item ordered and paid for in full. And to date have failed to refund monies paid dispite lots of promises to do so Am sending details to BBC Watchdog, In the mean time BE WARNED you use this Company at your own risk !
