United Kingdom | 15 March 2015Don't be a bum,ditch Victoria Plumb.Seriously though I actually bought a screen from Victoria Plumb and Was obliged to pay £34.99 on top for standard delivery,then was told delivery would be 7 days,as the plumber was coming back to finish the job in two days I ditched VP and got a better screen for less as Delivery was only 5 or 6 quid.Left me thirty pounds up on the deal and from order to delivery was 21 hours.Say no more.

United Kingdom | 13 March 2015I purchased a shower screen last June. Since then the seal that comes with it has split twice. The screen is ok but the seal is not fit for purpose. The first time I complained they said they had sent a new one out, which never arrived. After complaining again I received a new one. This is now split. They ask me every time for photographic evidence. Good job I'm capable of doing this. Just today after no response for two weeks I have e.mailed them again and they said they hadn't got my e.mails when they are marked as sent. How can an e.mail go missing? They don't answer the phone either. Won't use them again.

United Kingdom | 11 March 2015This was the second time I have used Splashdirect. The first time all was fine. The second time I ordered the same top fix toilet seat as in my first order. However when the seat arrived it was the wrong version. The page describing the seat I actually ordered was not clear and just uses the words 'quick release' and does not state the fixing type. The product looked identical to the first order I made and was the same make and model. When I contacted Splashdirect via email to query my order I received a reply that was completely unhelpful. Even though i made it clear that there was an issue with the description I was told to purchase additional parts to make the seat I had purchased suitable. This would result in me paying an additional 50% approx. I have had to order the additional parts and pay additional postage and all because of a poor description on the Splashdirect website. The shame is I have two bathrooms to refurbish this year and would have been spending a couple of thousand pounds to do so. I will take this business elsewhere.

Was told that the item got damaged in delivery and as this was not their fault, nothing could be done about this other than to reorder - I've still not had a delivery date and was told that there is nothing that they can do to prioritise this late order . It's now a further week later, still no contact from splash direct.

On advising customers services I was asked to send a picture so they could review, I received a response within 24 hours advising me that a replacement would be sent. Brilliant aftercare service with no hassle on replacing the item. My replacement arrived within a couple of days the sink was in excellent condition, really good quality. United Kingdom | 08 March 2015My shower tray was late due to a fire at the factory. Splash Direct emailed me directly and explained the situation and offered to cancel the order or deliver asap. I chose to keep the order and was quoted 4 weeks which was exactly what it took. Good service.

United Kingdom | 05 March 2015We purchased a bathroom cabinet with a light above. Cupboard doors will never close because hinge fixings are to close to doors. The wires for light has a back power case, , live wires have been cut in to with screws when casing was put together at point of manufacturing. Unable to mount on wall as back fixings didn't come out far enough to attach straight on to wall mountings. Have had to put batons on wall to compensate and completely re-adapt the whole thing. £126 Spent on a heap of junk. Would definitely NOT buy from this company again. I also don't agree with the star rating. I think the goods are awful but girls on telephones were very polite and helpful

United Kingdom | 04 March 2015Shower screen we bought at the beginning of January was scratched - asked for replacement and was told the item was discontinued. Splashdirect told us to dispose of the item instead of sending back to them and they would refund the item as they could not offer a replacement. That was 6 weeks ago and still no refund despite chasing again and again. It is disgusting and would not recommend using this company to anyone as they have no business acumen and no idea of customer service.
