United Kingdom | 27 March 2015Our order had taken a week longer than stated to arrive, and when it had the main part (and most expensive part) was missing from the delivery. We chased it up immediately, to which Splash Direct had stated the missing product would be with us in a weeks time. This suited us providing it DID arrive as this was when our plumber was scheduled to do the work. However, it didn't! We have been trying to contact them for 3 days now - phone line just says emails only. Despite receiving a confirmation email to say our enquiries would be dealt with within 24 hours, we have still heard nothing, and still have no wall hung toilet frame! Yet they have still taken payment. I am appalled by the inconvenience this has caused both us and our plumber as they are now relying completely on the toilet frame in order to move forward with the job, and has been paid whilst expecting the toilet frame to arrive. Secondly, we have wasted our holiday from work as our job has not been complete and cannot take any more time off. The lack of contact Splash Direct have given us has been awful. Completely unacceptable experience. Yes the prices are good, but you cannot guarantee your items arriving. Will save the hassle and definitely think twice to use them again! Maybe writing this review will get us somewhere at receiving our missing product!!

United Kingdom | 27 March 2015Like others I have ordered with splashdirect and paid in full and am still waiting 15 days And 10 emails later, it's excuse after excuse with these guys they have now stopped Replying to my emails handing this matter over to credit card company .

United Kingdom | 27 March 2015Exactly the same experience as previous 2 reviewers. I ordered next day delivery. It arrived 2 weeks later but with another item missing. I waited another week then cancelled this item and bought from another retailer instead. I was promised a next day delivery refund and obviously a refund for my cancellation. I was receiving decent customer service until they turned off their phone system about 2 weeks ago. Now they are ignoring my emails and still have not made the refund that is now almost 2 months overdue for the next day delivery and a month overdue for the cancelled item. DO NOT USE

United Kingdom | 27 March 2015Simple task: Oder a steel bath, wait for it to be delivered, then have it fitted. Ordered item shown as 'in stock' when in reality it wasn't. After waiting the stipulated 4 day delivery, I called to complain, and some shallow apologies were received. It was that old story of being out of stock, and the warehouse not actually having any stock either. So after 14 days, the bath eventually arrived. I was promised a refund on the delivery charge, and a further 25% discount as a gesture of goodwill for the major inconvenience I suffered. Despite several emails which have been ignored, I'm still waiting for my goodwill gesture, which out of a matter of principle I'm pursuing through my solicitor. Splash Direct are not to be trusted.

If you do a search on the gazette under notice number 2234150. Sorry I can't put links on this site. It looks as if they are in Administration. So they will have no credit with manufacturers. I am not hopeful that we will get our goods, and maybe not our money back.

United Kingdom | 27 March 2015Like a previous reviewer I to ordered and paid for goods one week ago. They have not arrived even though I have email confirmation saying they have been dispatched. Five emails to company stating non arrival of goods and requesting a full refund have been totally ignored. This companies treatment of customers is appalling. It seems to me that they are just ripping customers off. Avoid them like the plague. I am now in process of contacting my bank to see if they can offer any help

United Kingdom | 27 March 2015I purchased goods a week ago & received a confirmation email & my payment was taken from my bank. After 1 week I still haven't received the goods & despite emailing them 5 times to ask where it is - No one has bothered replying. There is no telephone number to ring - so my advice to anyone thinking of buying from this company is - DONT! This is the 1st time I have used this company & wish someone had warned me beforehand as I can now see there are a lot of other disgruntled customers who cannot get a response from Splas Direct! I have just reported this to my Bank for them to chase my order - or I imagine now it will be to arrange my reimbursement.

United Kingdom | 27 March 2015Splashdirect have started a policy of email only contact what this means is that they never get back to you and you have no way of contacting them looking at other peoples comments what they seem to do is send you 90% of the items ordered and miss out 10% - this is what happened to me I have been chasing for 3 weeks now and still no response

United Kingdom | 26 March 2015I ordered a shower tray from Splash Direct on the 10 th March and paid for next day delivery but it was damaged when deliveried so I returned it by the same courier. I asked for a replacement which they said would take 4 to 6 days but it never arrived so I emailed them to find out what was happening and they said it would be delivered by the 24 March at the latest. I emailed on the 24th and did not get a reply. I emailed on the 25th and did not get a reply.

However Royal mail can't even get a reply as no one is available to sign for the letter. Although when you Google map Splash direct it gives you a warehouse address. Might send the next letter there.

United Kingdom | 26 March 2015I placed an order for a wall hung toilet - i discovered there where issues with it during installation. I notified Splash Direct and after two weeks i finally was told they would send a replacement but it would take 2 months. When trying to contact them to request a refund, they now no longer accept telephone calls and they promise to respond to emails within 24 hrs - i've been waiting for over 4 days now !

United Kingdom | 25 March 2015I placed the order at the end of February, couple of weeks later when nothing has arrived I phone them, I get told 'The supplier let us down' and the warehouse should have advised. I get part of the delivery on the 16th March the, The basin has bolts missing and the wall hung toilet frame is missing. I try calling and a message says for a 'faster service' contact is via email only so I send one explaining the situation I get a response 'The frame, will be arriving to you by the end of the week.' (Polite) no mention of the missing bolts for the basin. I send another email and get 'The couriers will advise you when delivery will be taking place, I do not have this information unfortunately.I will send out the missing wall bolts. Friday afternoon comes and no contact or delivery so another lengthy email. I now get 'Both the bolts and the frame are due for dispatch today'. (Customer service?). I have now had the plumber come and go twice so send an email suggesting a Saturday delivery. NO answer so email again. This time 'We cannot do Saturday delivery, it is to late in the day. This will be delivery Monday'. I send an irate email also asking for the complaints procedure and guess what? NO answer. I wait for Monday No delivery of the frame just the basin bolts and guess what? they are completely the wrong ones, This time I send pictures to help No answer. Tuesday the 24th March No call or reply but do get this feedback email. it's now Wednesday the 25th No call or email, taken yet another day off work and as yet no delivery it's now 2-30pm. So after all this WOULD YOU BUY FROM THESE?

United Kingdom | 25 March 2015This is my update (previous review below this) as I think it's only fair to try and help you all get your orders sorted or a refund. After reading through these reviews a few days back I noticed one said about a 'live chat' service on the website. I went on and couldn't find it so searched it. There were 2 tabs that came up with 1 option each I think. It isn't very easy to find but I did and managed to speak to customer services on Wednesday (25/03) It was a little slow a took about 30 minutes for a short, straight 'where's my refund' kind of chat but I checked my bank account yesterday and now have a refund. I am shocked as I wasn't expecting the money back given the hassle customers have had but they have refunded me. I hope you all have the same outcome I did and if bit don't give in as they shouldn't be allowed to get away with it. Citizens advice and trading standards are there for a reason. Use them. Good luck. Previous review I ordered a tap, basin and unit on 27th feb and have only ever received a tap despite paying £15.99 for it all to arrive asap. I have called several times and was told my order had arrived to them but was damaged so I could choose another from their website only to then be told they had no stock to send me. I asked for a refund 2 weeks ago and have still had nothing. For over a week now when you call customer services the message says they are trialing a week of 'email only customer services' and they will reply within 24 hours for queries and 1 hour for orders and this has been on there for over a week. They have still not replied to my most recent email nor to my ones from when I first complained. I am currently seeking advice from citizens advice and trading standards. It's disgraceful taking people's money when you cannot fulfil an order. This company is without a doubt in trouble. Steer clear!
