Splash direct have a good web site, but there after sales have a lot to be desired! I'm still waiting for a basin and pedestal, I have sent them 7 email over 2 weeks, with no reply!! You can't speck to anyone and they don't respond to emails, I'm definitely having a bad experience with this company!!

I ordered a red soft close toilet seat on 4/3/2015 the payment was taken from my bank two days later. After waiting in vain for many days for its arrival I E mailed about it. I received a lovely E mail from a lady called Joanne who looked into it and found the store had lost my order. She assured me she had sorted it out and I would receive my order in 4 days. Alas 4 days came and went and I sent another E mail to Joanne. She looked into it and the people who deliver for them said they had tried 3 times to deliver the goods but there was no one in. I dispute this as I had no card through the door, The house had not been empty but what I think has happened is they hav e delivered to incorrect address. Opposite my house there is a number 3 but if they had bothered to look the street is called Linden Terrace and my street is Linden Road. I e mailed Joanne again but she hasn't got back to me. I am not prepared to pay for another delivery when it was not my fault. I may also tell you I did see a white van and a man with a parcel go into the house opposite and come out with it. Cannot understand how he did not realise 1) the house was empty and 2) it was the back door. I am still waiting for my toilet seat and they still have my money but I am still hopeful.Mrs Marcia Wood

Ordered online and waited for delivery within 6 working days as per contract. When goods failed to arrive attempted a phone call but only got through to a message service saying contact via e-mail only. Sent an e-mail and received a reply saying goods would be delivered the next day. This never happened! After sending several other messages that were not answered it is now in the hands of my credit card company. Absolutely useless company. Do not buy from them!

I was told my order would be delivered in 4 working days. It wasn't. Ten days later, without any notification, the order arrived while I was out, so I was not available to check it. When I phoned to ask about the remaining items. all I got was a recorded message saying that 'in order to provide a 'better service' all enquiries would have to be made by email'. After 5 emails over the course of 9 days, I still have not had a reply, and I am quite unable to find out what has happened to the other half of my order, which I have paid for. I'm outraged and frustrated that I cannot speak to anyone and get this sorted out. I do not know what else I can do.

waited 5 weeks for del. for sink, tap, waste .when after several emails, finally got del.guess what, surprise [no tap] email them again,4 times, i still have had no reply. been 6 half weeks now, so i have desided on mon 30/03/2015 to contact my paypal account for money back.

This was my first experience of dealing with Splash Direct. I ordered a bath screen and of necessity paid for next day delivery as the plumber was booked ready to instal the screen. Not only did the screen fail to arrive the next day but appeared 3 days after the due day, totally unacceptable in my view. When I managed to contact Splash Direct via email, ( there are no obvious telephone contact details) I was offered an apology with the assurance that my delivery charge would be refunded, a small consolation for the extra appointment chargeI had to pay my plumber. A change of courier or a better communication process is a must. Would I have faith to deal again with this company? Sadly not. The screen itself is as described and I am satisfied with it. A very slipshod service I'm afraid.

Having ordered a screen and some other items, I only received the screen. The office had then gone onto an email only service. As a contractor this is hopeless. If something is incorrectly delivered I need to get it sorted out IMMEDIATELY not to have to wait for emailed responses. I eventually got a response suggesting I source the missing items elsewhere! This I did and received them next day. Sadly I shall use the new firm in preference to Splash Direct even though I have used Splash for some years. I was extremely disappointed.

Ordered £700 worth of bathroom appliances but the vanity unit which was £300 didn't arrive, the shower tray was the wrong size and there was no toilet seat on the toilet, and like everyone else has said they are not answering there phone or emails iv contacted my credit card company to see if I'm covered and I am but only if they have gone out of business but how do we find out.

First off when I origanally bought the Enclosure they didn't inform me that i wouldn't get it on the date they said I would, so I then had to order another Enclosure which went astray, when it didn't arrive on the day stated instead of Slash Direct chasing up the missing Enclosure I was given the number of the courier service and had to do it myself. I twice had to cancel a Plumber due to the Encosure not up. Recently I wanted to renew the plastic seals on the doors, initially all went well with me providing photos for them. Was told they would contact their store to see if they had them and that was the last I heard from them, despite mailing them I haven't had an answer back...I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone

16 days and counting, order not received. Contacted customer services, 6 days have passed and no response. In this day and age ...it really shouldn't be this hard. Normally i order everything from Amazon which has prime delivery and razor sharp customer services, this time however Splash had a better range so i took a chance. But back to Amazon i go.

FURTHER TO MY EARLIER REVIEW.STILL HAD NO DELIVERY OR ANY CONTACT WHATSOEVER.ITEM ORDERED 13.3.15. SENT SEVERAL EMAILS BUT NO RESPONSE . I AM NOT SURE IF THIS COMPANY ARE STILL TRADING, AS IT IS UNUSUAL THAT THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS WHATSOEVER, AND CANNOT TELEPHONE THEM. ENQS REVEAL THEIR TRADING COMPANY NUMBER REFERS TO EBATH ONLINE! I HAVE REPORTED MATTER TO CITIZEN ADVICE ON 03454 04 05 06 WHO TOOK MY REPORT AND WILL FORWARD TO TRADING STANDARDS.ALSO REPORTED THE MATTER TO THE POLICE VIA ACTION FRAUD, TEL NO 0300 1232040, WHO PROVIDED ME WITH A CRIME REFERENCE NUMBER AS THE MATTER HAS BEEN REPORTED AS A POSSIBLE CRIMINAL DECEPTION.

I ordered a shower (Tetra thermastatic shower) from Splash direct which was described as suitable for low pressure systems 0.5 bar. The shower was in the 'favourite' section of its brochure suggesting it was a tried and tested product. It was also on their website as low pressure. The shower arrived 4 weeks later as it was constantly out of stock. There was no labelling with the shower. Once fitted it was discovered that it was a high pressure shower. Splash direct had mis described it in both it's brochure and website. I then had to have a pump installed to make the shower work. To add insult to injury the shower has an intermittent valve fault and often does not work. After sending several emails I eventually got my money back on the £100 shower - however I have spent almost £1000 on pumps and calling plumbers to constantly fix the shower. I've had enough now and will be ripping out the shower. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Their sloppy labelling mistake and faulty product has cost me a lot of wasted time and money.

I ordered 3 shower doors on 14 Feb 2015. They were already REDUCED from 240 to 120 pounds + another 15% on OFFER + FREE DELIVERY on order more than 250 pounds within 4-6 working days + LIFETIME GUARANTEE. The doors were not in stock and finally where delivered on 26 Feb, bad quality, glass thickness 4mm, not 6mm as advertised and weight was only 17kg, not 30 kg as they said in email. They agree to collect the doors and refund all money, 360 pounds, still no refund, no reply to email, to post, to phone calls (they disconnected phone line - not surprised after so many complains). They will promise you anything just to collect your money and then forget about you. I would give them 1/2 star or even 1/4 star! AVOID! TIME WASTERS!

Splash direct do not talk on the telephone and so the impact of them not delivering the products in a timely manner cannot be discussed with a human being. The company has not delivered my order that has now been paid for 3 weeks is a disgrace.

Service is appalling - I paid over £300 for three items and to date have received only the cheapest item. They do not respond to emails, and they cannot be contacted by telephone. I contacted their live chat who promised the order would be delivered today and I took the day off work and waited all day but nothing arrived. I don't know if this company is operating some sort of scam but I intend to pursue a dispute with PayPal for the refund of my money.

I have ordered several items from them and they delivered to me with the main item Vanity Basin Unit missing. Emailed the customer service and they give many excuses without delivering the item. Later I ask for a refund of this item since we wait for such a long time. I sent thousand of emails, but there's no response at all. Really bad customer service! Has been raised a dispute on PayPal. But try to avoid this rubbish company anyway. They r really untrusted. Thanks to paypal, I got the money back for the missing Vanity Basin Unit.
