I ordered a full shower suite , I emailed to alter some of the order before delivery, I was called and paid the extra. On arrival the completely wrong order came, part of it was missing, again I ailed and was promised this would be resolved last Friday. I WAITED ALL DAY !!! No delivery !! I have been email get ever since snd I sm being completely ignored. Due to the delays I had to purchase the products locally and now I want a full refund but am being completely ignored !!!

I share a similar experience with far too many customers. Goods paid for in full. Excuses made as to why there hasn't been a delivery and then nothing. No response to any of my emails. No refund following a request for one. If I'd known I would have avoided this company like the plague. I don't have money to waste and can not just write this off as one of those things.

If you look at customers review via the SplashDirect website they are all 4/5 stars. Search for SplashDirect Reviews and not one of the first 25 I read had anything good to say about this company. i join a very long list of people who have been waiting months for a refund or delivery. This company will take your money but not deliver the goods ,In my book that is THEFT.

Dont bother as the delivery was a week late and over 2 thirds of the order missing!!! I emailed them and still have no goods that i have paid for and no answer to when i will be receiving the said items ???? This is a 2000 pound order .......how can a company get it so wrong ?? I am still waiting

Only half my order came was told it would be delivered the next day when I managed to get them on live chat but nothing has come and live chat has disappeared it's been over a week and no emails have been answered which I find worrying I'm waiting for £270 worth of products not happy with id have shopped elsewhere

Ordered two items - no problems with first, but second item (bathroom cabinet) arrived with glass broken. E-mailed Splash Direct immediately and at least twice since, but have had no response to any of the emails - despite their promise to reply within 24 hours. There is no phone number so I'm left with a broken cabinet and £86 worse off! Not happy and considering further action.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. Placed an order a week ago and money went out but still no toilet. Paid next day service. I have notified credit card company. I have found out this company is now dissolved and should not be trading. Shame on them!! No responses to 20 emails and 2 hours may as well be no response ever! Worst company yet and no number to tell them my disappointment.

Item came reasonable quickly, it was however incomplete. Parts were promised but have not arrived and follow up e-mails have not been responded to.. Not Happy.

Only some of our order received, most expensive item not received, we were promised it would be with us on Friday to no avail, we have emailed 12 times so far, no reply, they cannot be contacted by telephone only live chat which isn't working and email which they do not reply to. Had to cancel the plumber, emailed today for a refund as we will have to buy elsewhere, but heard nothing. Will be contacting credit card company tomorrow and trading standards, not sure if they can do anything. Customer service none existent. Do not use this company.

I placed a £230 order with spash direct last Monday they took my money then nothing !! I emailed and they auto replied saying they would respond to my email within 24 hours. I have emailed several times and no response!! I am assuming the worst as there is no contact telephone number!!! BEWARE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I have contacted my bank and have filled in a fraud form!!! Had to rate the company but wanted to give no stars .. Be beware.

Only half of order arrived. Had response to my initial email then nothing. Have been trying for over a week now to get a response from the company. Stressful and frustrating! No resolution in sight, want my money refunded and will order from another company.

I placed an order for £141 of bathroom fittings last night. Paid by credit card and the payment was confirmed as taken immediately. I did not receive a confirmation email and no order is showing on the 'my account' section of their website. I am assuming the worst and have contacted the credit card company to report the company. Steer clear of this fraudulant company.

Another great little sink delivered . Only gripe is the issue with slotted or I slotted waste . Not given the option with the tap set and as last time plumber has had to go get the right one . Would have got all five apart from that

Well - they were stupid enough to ask me what I thought........ Having sent two emails about missing parts of an order, and had no reply to either of them, I decided it was time to phone. They have decided this week to go 'email only' to provide a better service - which makes me wonder just how awful it was when you could speak to a person. There seems to be no way to speak to anyone, and the chat facility mentioned on the website doesn't seem to exist. It's the sort of behaviour I'd expect from a company on the brink of declaring bankruptcy - they have obviously laid off all the staff.

Placed an order 27 FEB received nothing, emailed couple of times nothing. Got a reply apparently my order was lost in transit haha. Told it would be reordered and NOTHING. Have sent 9 emails over 3-4 days and nothing. They have my money. Im off to trading standards as this is well out of order

Made order. Only the cheap items came. 70% of the order didnt come. No phone number only email. Splashdirect have not replied to any of the 10-15 emails in a 2 month period. I worked in the same trade and looks like they are going to admin. How I know...only dispatching stock items. Cant buy new stock from suppliers. Buy sending part of the order they can hold you money for a good period. Same events happened to well knows companies went to admin

I can only echo the adverse comments that precede mine (below). Having ordered a shower tray on 10 March and having funds taken on the same day I have not received the tray. 5 emails and two website messages have not been answered and i am now taking measures to recover the payment. I suspect the company is going out of business as they have withdrawn their telephone service and their 'live chat' is not operable'; emails are going unanswered despite asking for receipt of messages.

After waiting over 2 weeks for half my order (a £200 mixer valve) I've come to the realisation it's not going to arrive. No legitimate company is only contactable via email so they're obviously hiding from us. From the basic checks I've done on line it looks like they're in administration. If like me you've paid by credit card I'd suggest you contact your provider and claim a refund. Good luck.
