United Kingdom | 25 February 2015I am not able to actually review my purchase yet, as I experienced a problem with the delivery company. This is being resolved by Splashdirect as I write. The support that they have offered me is excellent, despite the issue not actually being their fault! I would recommend their attention to detail and their willingness to go the extra mile to make me as a customer feel supported and reassured.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2015The purchase of the item I wanted was very easy, and it was dispatched very quickly, but the delivery service provided by Beattie Brothers was very poor. The item I purchased was a bath, and so was quite bulky. The delivery driver left it in the road, and I had to ask that he move it over the kerb and closer to the front door. He would not help move the item indoors, and said he would not take the pallet away if I unpacked it. I was left to deal with the moving of the item and disposal of the waste myself. Even if only the driver has come other delivery firms will bring bulky items inside, such as washing machines and fridges. There could have been any number of reasons why I would have been unable to move the item indoors myself- elderly, injured, pregnant woman for example, and yet I would have been left to do so. The driver explained that it is their policy not to enter individual homes. This is not the delivery service most people would expect. If Splashdirect are serious about the quality of service they offer they should consider changing their delivery firm, and from this experience I personally would certainly recommend to anyone that if they are looking for a firm to deliver to their clients Beattie Brothers should not be considered.

United Kingdom | 23 February 2015I ordered a shower screen on the evening of Sunday 1st Feb, and used the "dispatched in 4 working days" option for delivery, at a cost of £5.99. I called on the Thursday (4th working day) and was told the screen would be dispatched that day for delivery the next day. The next day (Friday) came and went with no screen, no communication, nothing. So I called Splash Direct to be informed that "the screen had been damaged with the courier, but the courier hadn't told us". Which really isn't my problem. I wanted the screen on the Friday as I had taken time off work to do the bathroom. Delivery on the following Monday, when I was back at work was really no good for me. And the fact that it was ME that had to chase THEM wasn't the greatest example of customer service!! I have asked for the £5.99 to be refunded back to me, but I guess that will never happen. If I pay for a specific delivery service I expect to receive that delivery service. I doubt I would use Splash Direct again.

United Kingdom | 22 February 2015Splashdirect were very helpful and supplied the goods as stated. The only downside was there was no communication after being dispatched. I would have thought the delivery company would have contacted us with a date for delivery. We heard nothing. I had to chase up the order with splashdirect. They were very helpful and responded quickly with a day. The delivery firm did contact on the day and delivered the goods on time. (It would be helpful in the future If the goods could be tracked better once dispatched to avoid this inconvenience)

They also called to ask when it would be convenient for them to deliver.

United Kingdom | 20 February 2015Disappointing experience with splash direct, having been unable to fulfill my order with the 4 working days quoted, were then unable to confirm any delivery date, I cancelled the order and was advised I would receive a refund within 7 working days. Whilst the sales person wasn't rude, the return communication was poor and I always had to chase, and without reply in many occasions , needless to say the 7 working days came and went, and no credit. Credit eventually received in day 10, coincidently 20 minutes after leaving a negative review on their Facebook page. I beleive I gave them opportunity to turn me back on, but very little effort was made to so.

Customer service very quick to respond to my emails however outstanding product still has not been sent a MONTH after original order. Pathetic service. The quality of the sanitary ware isn't that good either.

I did not have to stay in the house for the whole day waiting for it I received a text stating that it would be delivered during a specific hour and it was. The price was good. So all in all a great service.
