I ordered a mirror with a £34 delivery charge i rang to ask why it was so much and was told its because it has to be delivered on a pallet because its a mirror. It arrived 10 days later i opened it while the driver was there it wasnt the mirror i had ordered i rang up to tell them and could i send it back with the driver i was told no i had to take a picture and email it and then it takes upto 24 hours to have a responce! The next day i had an email aggreeing it wasnt the one i had ordered it was then collected 3 days later by the same delivery company and guess what it didnt get put on a pallet to go back. Terrible service and the attitude of the girl on the phone was terrible and apparently she was a supervisor !

I placed an order with Splashdirect for a shaving mirror on Wednesday 21st January @ 16:54:37 seconds (as per my confirmation) with a delivery of 4 working days. First thing on Thursday 29th Jan (6 working days) I logged into their site to progress my order......the system said I did not have an order?????? I phoned their office and spoke to Mark. After a lot of pregnant silences where he disappeared to check for information he informed me that he thought the mirror would arrive the next day (Friday) and probably be delivered to me on Monday...I asked if he could guarantee that...he said he would ring me back later in the afternoon (he promised). At 10.10 I received an e-mail from Splashdirect welcoming me to the company and thanking me for my order (????). Needless to say Mark did not ring me back. Monday came and went without a delivery. I phoned on Tuesday 3rd February (9 working days) and spoke to a very efficient young lady called Joanne, I related my saga to her and she informed me that Mark no longer works there (now there's a surprise). She informed me that the mirror had been collected by the parcel delivery company APC and would be delivered to me in the next couple of days. Wednesday 4th Feb the parcel was delivered to my address, unfortunately I was not in and a card was put through my door saying they had taken the parcel back and if I wanted it redelivered the next day to contact them via their website. This I did and arranged for next day delivery. I spoke to Joanne and she kindly contacted APC to confirm that it would be delivered next day. You guessed it......it did not arrive...... Friday 6th Feb (12th Working day) I telephoned APC at 9.00am to ask why my parcel had not been delivered the day before to which he said the parcel was on hold await information....I informed him that I had indeed filled out their redelivery form requesting delivery and Joanne had phoned them as well.......he replied by telling me that all vehicles were out and so was unable to deliver it that day................ I then drove to the depot and collected my parcel involving me in a 30 mile round trip in the process..... The mirror is wonderful....the process to get one is horrendous ..................................

Only ordered a Bidet Mixer tap. When it didn't arrive I checked that the money had been taken from my Credit Card which it had and then phoned. Was promised it would be arriving at the end of that week and would be posted, nothing. A week later, same promised and a promised return phone call, nothing happened. A final call the following week I got a male for the first time. He did some digging, promised to phone back and did as promised. Told me that the supplier had promised delivery and it would arrive at the end of the week. It did and I received it early the following wee. To me it was obvious that the first two girls, just looked at the delivery date from the supplier but didn't check that they had the item in stock and would be sending it. My other issue is the fact that my Credit Card was debited from the moment the order was placed even though it was the best part of 4 weeks before it was delivered. Item was as ordered when finally arrived.

Shower screen arrived within due date, all fittings were included! Have heard stories of people ordering things online (not from this company) where fittings were missing so I am very happy. The screen looks lovely and was a great price.

A very good experience dealing with this company, first time I have used them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. The bath shower screen I ordered arrived very well packaged against damage, and was in excellent condition on opening.

we bought the small zurich bath , haven't got it installed yet but when we unpacked it ,it looked better than the picture, good quality, cant wait until I see it installed,first class service all round so far,quick delivery , superb price in the sale, also received a discount voucher e/mail so it was even cheaper,thanks splashdirect.

Bought toilet without fixings. Splash direct not helpful to send me fixings even for additional payment. No answer my phone calls and emails. Soon as you pay no response for any questions. Highly not recommend!!!spend £120 for toilet and can't make work it in my home. Poor shop and people.

I ordered a bathroom suite from splash direct and when all the packaging was removed there was a fault with the sink unit. At first I was really disappointed and got on the phone immediately to them, they were very apologetic, arranged to collect the faulty sink and get the replacement sink out to me for the next day. I was a little sceptical that the new sink would turn up the next day but it did, so there were no delays in fitting my new bathroom. Overall a very impressive experience with this company. I was expecting delays and complications but it was hassle free and the customer service dept/team sorted it all out promptly.

I ordered two in stock items on the internet and paid for next day delivery. The next day I received an email saying one of the items were out of stock despite what the website had said. I cancelled the out of stock item and was told the delivery of the other item would be the next day. I waited in all day for delivery, as with next day you do not get a delivery time slot but the product did not turn up. I rang up the next day to be told that there were problems at the factory and the item would be dispatched that day for next day delivery. This turned out to be a complete lie as 15 mins later the item turned up. I then had to chase down my refund for the other item. Overall an appalling experience and I will never use them again.

Disappointed that I didn't receive my order when asked for, however after sending and e mail to the company regarding this issue was reimbursed with next day delivery fee. My order arrived two days later I am very pleased with my purchase

Order a shower tray on the 1st November 2014 and over a month later it still had not been delivered. The web site said it was 'in stock' and even 'next day delivery could be arranged'. Promised delivery dates (of which there were many) never happened. In the end I cancelled the order as just fed up with so many excuses. I did receive a refund but still they still kept the delivery charge for something they never delivered ! Which I had to recoup through my credit card. I ordered the same item from another company and received in 4 days. That really was service.
