The mirror I bought was very well packed. It was easy to fit and looks stylish and modern, good value for money.

I ordered my bathroom suite from Splash direct and have to say I found them incredibly helpful with advice and solutions on how to fit a suite in such a small space. I was also very impressed with the speed of delivery and the quality of products.

If only I could give no stars! This is the worst internet company it has ever been my misfortune to deal with. I ordered a complete shower room suite but the toilet that was received had already been opened and was missing the toilet seat and lid. I of course immediately requested a replacement on the 15 January. I am still waiting, having been put off with excuses and delays. First the item was out of stock, despite there being a compatible lid listed as being in stock on their website. Having hunted around for other information about this company, this is not an unusual situation and we are actually better off than a lot of their customers. I am a professional Gas Safe Registered heating and plumbing business and my opinion of the quality of the goods is extremely poor. They really are bargain basement - you really do get what you pay for in this instance. It took five attempts to get the basin waste to form a watertight joint with the basin, for example. Unfortunately, I was swayed by some positive reviews on their site which must have been written by staff. If like me you have had to call off other trades because you have booked them based on a reasonable time frame for delivery, this also incurs significant additional costs and hassle.

Great value over half the price of anywhere else

It took 5 working days until delivery got dispatched, plus another two until the package arrived. That's too long unfortunately. Pricing was good, although delivery cost is quite substantial for small orders.

the communication for my order was very poor, i had to call up twice to be told my order would be a few days late and the website gave me the wrong detail for delivery times. Its nearly 2 weeks since my order and i still dont have all of the things i purchased!

Although the sales team were very friendly and appeared to be helpful they obviously have been having some co-ordination problems with the orders. The delivery dates were not honoured nor were all the items we purchased delivered on the due dates. I rang up to enquire what was happening with our order but on many occasions the phone rang and then the call was cut off. altogether very disappointing.

Very good price for my inset washbasin, much cheaper than I found elswhere. They were out of stock when I ordered but gave me the date stock would arrive and how long it would take to be dispatched. Time scale was tight to arrive before the fitters but goods did arrive, by the date they had specified and before the fitters arrived. Well done.

Easy website to use.good range of supplies. Delivery spot on.all in all a good online supplier.would recommend without hesitation.

Easy site to navigate. Quick delivery. No complaints. Good quality product. I bought a quick release, soft close, toilet seat - supplied with both standard and top fixing connectors. As a personal tip from me - if you're buying a toilet seat do not go for a light one (in weight)go for a minimum of 2.4kg. Hope this helps. Bob

Despite ordering basin taps on the 15 January we are still waiting for them to arrive. When the taps were ordered we were told we would receive an email confirming the order.......we didn't get one. Phoned to ask what was happening and received an apology regarding the email and a promise that an order number would be sent straight away. ......didn't get that either. Phoned again and at last got an order confirmation and a order number. Time passed and nothing happened so we phoned again on February 4th and were promised an investigation because the taps should have been delivered by now. Received another phone call an hour later with an explanation that the taps appear to have been lost by the courier. Splash offered a full refund but we opted for a new order and have been promised our taps will arrive this week. We are not too confident after the problems experienced. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Ordered a semi recessed sink at very reasonable price however with no template in order to cut the side board to the correct size and in the correct place. Told should just trace around it. All in all you get what you pay for.

I have placed an order on 08/01/15 and after almost a month later I'm still waiting for the items to arrive. All the time I was mislead by splash direct, the items were supposed to be in stock and I expected them within 5 days. In fact one of the ordered items apparently is not available at all, so had to choose something elses instead in the meantime. Many phone calls without reply, unfulfilled promises and so on. Result - still waiting for a shower tray and door, which was supposed to be with me yesterday 100%!!! Yeah sure...DO NOT BUY FROM SPLASH DIRECT!!!

I will never use Splashdirect again! I placed an order for a basin and toilet on 5 January. After more than 2 weeks, they delivered the toilet but no basin. They had promised me several times before this delivery that I would receive everything I ordered. Eventually they admitted that they would not be able to deliver the basin to me because they didn't know when it would be in stock again. I run a holiday cottage business and the basin and toilet were for one of my cottages. I lost a booking because I could not finish the bathroom in time. In the end I went to a reputable supplier, who delivered the basin 2 days after I ordered it.

My experience was far from what I expect. It all revolved around the bath taps, which the web page said were in stock. The first set became not just out of stock but obsolete, the second were not in stock and had to be ordered in, therefore took weeks to get to me. The deliver was split to get parts to me quicker and the he first of my deliveries had the waste missing. In fact things were so late that I was asked to do this review before I had all of my order.

Ordered a shower door, a tray, and a soaker shower, firstly the three items did not arrive when we was told they would, but that was just the start, the shower door had a broken hinge my Plumber was unable to install it, I phoned the company and was told to Email them with all the details and photos of the broken part, which was done within five minutes, that was on a Monday, I waited a couple of days called them to see where the part was , We don't send spare parts out until Friday, only ever on a Friday with Royal Mail, but its not a spare part its a broken hinge from the door you sent out broken, I was then told I do admit the door is broken, but the broken hinge is called a spare part which are sent out on fridays, the team at Splash Direct are priceless it seems to me that they haven't got a clue between them, several Emails, all of them ignored and endless phone calls I was told that they didn't sent the new hinge out until the following Tuesday, although they only ever send on a friday, anyway ten days for a hinge to arrive SECOND CLASS No form of Apology, I will do my self a favour and use The Bath Store for my upstairs bathroom, always used them in the past never ever a problem, you get what you pay for. Splash direct Faulty Goods Return If an item is faulty either before or after normal use we would request in the first instance contacting us at returns @splashdirect.com together with your order number and a description of the fault. We will endeavour to have this dealt with as a matter of urgency and Whether it means sending out a SPARE PART on an EXPRESS SERVICE or a COMPLETE REPLACEMENT , it will get resolved PROMPLY. None of the above applied to me, I waited TEN days for a hinge, I sent them an Email asking how come your Faulty Goods doesn't apply to me, of course that was also IGNORED.
