United Kingdom | 01 April 2015I took out standard delivery thinking it should be fine since I had 2 weeks before my plumbing works started. However over 2 weeks later I have not received my goods. Splash direct are ucontactable by phone and they do not respond to their email service. They debited my account immediately, yet here I am still waiting for my goods. I have made repeated attempts to request a refund but they are ignoring those also. VERY disappointed by this service. Thought their prices were too good to be true and now I know why. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

United Kingdom | 01 April 2015I am owed several hundred pounds by Splash Direct. They made excuse after excuse and now no contact at all. It is very likely that they are about to declare bankruptcy. I have reported Splash Direct to Trading Standards as they have been, and still seem to be taking money dispite not intending to honour the sale. This is a very serious situation that could lead to criminal proceedings against specific individuals.

United Kingdom | 01 April 2015Ordered a wall hung toilet frame in January. Toilet frame fitted into wall, bathroom wall up and plastered and then bathroom fully tiled. Went to fit the flushing plate and found no plush rods had been sent with item ( need specific ones that fit this frame) so rang up splash direct who advised me no problem parts will be with me within 4-5 days. 4 phone calls and a month later and still no flush rods! Now no reply to e-mails, no reply to calls! I now have a gaping unsightly hole in my brand new bathroom wall with Myself and my family having to put our hand into the wall to flush our toilet. Shocking, I hope they have gone under!

United Kingdom | 01 April 2015The original order was damaged, the courier informed Splashdirect who immediately sent a replacement. Splashdirect emailed me to inform me it had been dispatched by which time it was delivered. Top rate service excellent product delivered.

United Kingdom | 01 April 2015I have been in the construction industry for forty years and will never use this company,or recommend them ever again. You cannot get in touch never answer emails. Only received part of my order and could not get in touch to rectify the problem despite several emails, and even reporting them to Trading Standards local to them. I am now trying to get my money back of my greed it card company. Luckily this order was for me and not a customer, I would have been well out of pocket. I will bring this to the attention on Twitter etc.

Turkey | 31 March 2015I made the mistake of ignoring the other reviews and ordered from Splashdirect because their prices were good and their website showed the items I needed as "in stock". The first warning should have been no phone number, but the automated message assured me that emails would be replied in 24h... I ordered, followed up with an email kindly asking that if any items are likely to be delayed or actually out of stock, Pls can they let me know so I can make alternate arrangements.. I was assured that all would be delivered that Friday. the delivery arrvied with less than half the items, the courier company told me they had no more items from Splashdirect but also told me the company is called EBaths.. Then I did some digging and discovered that EBaths/ Splashdirect and its directors have been setting up and renaming their company many times.. i emailed them after checking the company address (in North London, close to me), to let them know that as their customer services are unable to reply, I'm happy to speak with the directors .. Was told that the courier company lied to me and actually had lost the other pallet of goods , and it was being moved to another courier for delivery in two days time. That was last week. No reply from the company (10 emails sent plus linked in contact made to their directors) and I'm now contacting my credit card company to withhold payment. Absolute sham. Save your time and money and don't be tempted by low prices. There's a massive catch !! You Won't receive your goods !! Oh and within the order that did actually arrive , one item was wrong but they insisted it was merely a rename . It was totally different from the picture online . Good luck to them . Hopefully my letter to Rogue Traders and Trading Standards will result in others not being taken for a ride like so many others have been. You've been warned !!

United Kingdom | 31 March 2015Splash direct were really good in the begging. they were really responsive and there email to a query i had was quick and polite. i received the order and an item was missing. The invoice says 3 items the delivery note only says 2. I have emailed them 3-4 times now on different email address to different address on there website. Even got the standard will get back to you in 24hr email back and still haven't heard anything its been over a week now. I have now asked my parter to email them separately to see if she can get anywhere. I've paid for an item and can't seem to get it or hold of ANYONE…..AT ALL a splash direct. The goods i received were in good quality and i would of like to recommend them elsewhere as initially they were really good which surprised me when they never come back. I hope this is another way of hopefully them receiving a message so i can eventually get my unspotted plug…. :( or at least my money back. i thought maybe they were emailing my old work address as i recently moved but i called there and there still nothing i have given them my new address.

United Kingdom | 31 March 2015We paid for next day delivery. Finally got it 6 days later. But worse than that we could not speak to them however much we tried. We waited and waited for their chat line to respond and had more than one go. Then to add insult to injury when the chat line responded it thanked us for chatting and switch of. And now we find that one of the little knobs will not fit the cabinet. But in the light of experience we did not try to complain. Splassdirect is run very badly.

United Kingdom | 31 March 2015Ordered a shower screen - checked twice before ordering that the support bar was big enough for our needs - twice was assured that it was 1200mm and you cut to size. When it arrived - the screen looked great, but the support bar only 900mm. We needed the screen installed that day as we run a B&B and guests were due to arrive in 2 days. I was unable to speak to anyone (they are trialling an email only service -bad idea!). Eventually spoke to "Molly" on Live Chat. She was unable to offer any help at all, except to send a replacement bar 4-5 working days later. Not good enough - given I had made all efforts to check first. She offered me no escalation process, and would not fasttrack the replacement delivery - even when I offered to pay for it. We have improvised our own support bar as the replacement has not come. Shame because the product is great - but the customer service is beyond poor. Would give zero stars if possible.

HOWEVER the concealing rectangular plate was missing from the order...have been emailing them now for almost 2 weeks...sent about 5-6 emails...NO REPLY! I tried calling but they have this automated message saying they are piloting an email only scheme where they will respond within an hour-24 hours of you emailing them...load of rubbish... Do not use this company! They won't reply to your emails if you have a problem with your order!

United Kingdom | 31 March 2015I bought a basin online which arrived smashed in half. Emailed and received an instant response offering a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement which was promised would be sent out. Took a day off work to receive the parcel but none arrived. Since then I've emailed numerous times but get no response. I've taken the matter up with my credit card company to get a refund. Poor customer service and a bad experience. Glad I'm only £35 out of pocket and not more. Avoid this company and look elsewhere. Wish I'd read the reviews first. Lesson learnt !

They say they are trialling an email only system for a week...er...longer more like! I wish I had read the other reviews on here before I placed my order. I want to now pursue getting my money back. I have a bad feeling about this company. Said they would refund me some money a while ago but they haven't. Just don't buy from them. They are abysmal.

Got no response up to this moment, they said they'll respond within 24 hrs, unfortunately, still got no e-mail from the company. This is so annoying as the amount has been deducted from my account with those two missing items worth £150. How will I get a refund if no one has been contacting me with my enquiry???

Tried contacting them via their new email service since Thursday as they are not answering their phone at the moment assuring of a 24 hour reply. I am still waiting for a response and a tap that I have paid for!

I contacted SplashDirect immediately who Promised to send a replacement but, eight days later, it has still not arrived and I have heard nothing further. This is unacceptable service so I will not do any business with this firm again.

United Kingdom | 31 March 2015Sadly my experience was a great disappointment. I ordered, online one shower screen, they confirmed 2. I notified them of the error and got back a terse email. After that I was promised delivery on 4 separate days and on each occasion, no goods turned up. After 14 days I cancelled the order and the very next day, the goods turned up and I refused to accept them. One star is "rude" I was not treated rudely but rather incompetently

United Kingdom | 31 March 2015Have bought several showers in this range (albeit 1400 instead of 1500) and always look stunning when finished. A shame the 1400 is no longer available but so far this one should do. As well as looks they perform well, are reasonably easy to install and you are informed regarding delivery before they arrive, often not the case and you are left wondering when it will arrive and having to wait in. (One of the biggest time wasters going) Definitely order from here again.

United Kingdom | 31 March 2015Absolute nightmare! They are more than happy to take my money, but fail to deliver goods as promised. No telephone contact, email only and they don't even reply. I've now passed matter over to my credit card company to fight on my behalf, although I am now hearing that they have ceased trading.
