Having spoken to trade people about my experience I was shocked to hear they had experienced the same problem

United Kingdom | 11 April 2015Goods arrived damaged impossible to contact, no phone number that takes incoming calls, they don't answer emails, at least six sent. Resorted to putting the payment which was claimed a month before delivery into dispute with the credit card company. Why they ask for a review beats me.

United Kingdom | 11 April 2015I ordered my white metal corner cupboard. The site said that it would not be available until the end of March. It arrived earlier, I am not disappointed. The unit is of excellent quality, comes with a ten year guarantee. Most important as we have a wetroom and things can get condensation. But it is working really well and everything that I want fits in it. Thank you Splash Direct for your excellent service and a really brilliant corner cupbboard.

I received a broken cabinet and tried to get in contact with the company for a refund but haven't heard anything since It has now been a couple of weeks and after seeing all the reviews I can see that I probably wont be seeing any of my money. There email only policy it completely useless as no one gets back to you. DO NOT USE.

After no communication response to numerous emails and phone calls, no goods and £250 out of pocket, looking unlikely will will get money from bank as we paid by debit card.... Disgusted to see them still taking orders they need to be closed down NOW.

United Kingdom | 11 April 2015I ordered a shower screen on 22nd March and paid for delivery on 30th March, to date 10th April I still have not received my order! I tried phoning but got an automated response saying you could now only email! I have sent several emails but have had no response! This company is still taking peoples money but not fulfilling orders! I am now having to go through MasterCard to get my money back! Steer clear of this company!!!

United Kingdom | 10 April 2015I ordered a bath/shower mixer and mono basin mixer from the same range from Splashdirect on March 12th with 4 working day delivery. I received the bath/shower mixer on Thursday 19th March, when I telephoned customer service i was met with a recorded message telling me that for 1 week only to improve customer service they were trying an email only contact link. that message has now been going for 4 weeks to my knowledge.After emailing i had a reply saying that a mistake had occured in their warehouse and the basin tap would arrive by Tuesday 24th March I still haven't received that tap today is April 10th, also the bath/shower mixer that was delivered is faulty it leaked straight away where the lever meets the body of the tap, I emailed for a return form but have not had a reply. I am now seeking redress through Mastercard. I'm a regulat online shopper and have never had a problem before using this company, obviously my advice is steer well clear of them.

United Kingdom | 10 April 2015My order has sat at pending status for 3 weeks now, company has taken my money with no intention of fulfilling order and ignored my emails. Finally, received automated email reply today informing me the company had ceased trading, luckily I ordered with a credit card and should be able to reclaim my money from credit card company via section 75 Consumer Credit Act.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and my advice to anyone is DO NOT BUY FROM SPLASHDIRECT. In my opinion they should be barred from trading.

Nothing on the website to indicate this, only found out because I emailed them with a question regarding my order. Currently trying to make a claim to have my money returned.

United Kingdom | 08 April 2015Shocking experience from start to...well still no finish yet. Paid for a bath screen which arrived broken with half the items missing. They replaced in about a month later with another item which was also broken with missing items! Been waiting for a call back for almost 4 weeks now. No phone call back and no reply to any email contact. They have taken my money and I do not have what I paid for, I am about 10 - 12 weeks after purchasing the item, still without a working complete item.

United Kingdom | 07 April 2015Ordered products via this companies website and after the proclaimed 4-6 day delivery time and still no word with regard to delivery, made further enquiries, finally arriving at Trustpilot reviews. Having read these woeful reviews, order immediately cancelled, a claim made and a refund demanded. Use some of the reputable companies in the market place, not this one.Thankfully I will be checking out Trustpilot's customer reviews in future to ascertain those, I can confidently trade with.
