United Kingdom | 02 April 2015Half of my order arrived as expected but two weeks after ordering I have had no communication about missing items. There is no telephone number so it's impossible to contact the company by phone. Despite an automated email which says the company responds to emails within 24 hours, a full week after my initial query (and another follow-up email) I still have had no response from the company about the outstanding items. Competitive prices are useless if you pay for items which you never receive! I will definitely not be using Spashdirect again.

United Kingdom | 02 April 2015I placed an order on 1st March for just under £1,000 of stock which was supposed to have been delivered within 4 - 5 days. We received part of the order 3 weeks later after many telephone calls. The company has since decided they will only respond to e-mails, and they don't even do this now. The quality of the stock was not good, bathroom fitments which were advertised as white were cream. When we telephoned the next day to ask where the remainder of the items where we were told that they had been sent on 2 pallets and would be with us the next day. Today's date is 2 April 2015 and we have still not received them. I have asked for a full refund and requested they take the goods they did deliver back but the company has completely refused to speak to us either by telephone or e-mail. I have therefore had to put a claim for these items through Paypal and I hope they can resolve this problem. Unfortunately I did not read any reviews before purchasing but from Trustpilot I can see that there are many others like myself. The girls I initially spoke to were very polite and seemed helpful but nothing materialised. I would certainly keep very clear of this company. What I do not understand is they forwarded me this link to put my comments on Trustpilot!

United Kingdom | 02 April 2015I contacted them 10 times without response. The email response times on their website are inaccurate and so wrong. Part of my goods didn't arrive and I can't get hold of them! There is no telephone number. Now dealing with the trading authorities.

United Kingdom | 02 April 2015Ordered a toilet seat in January which was delivered ok but need to return it as it was unsuitable. Still awaiting refund and they have now stopped returning emails. One email said they were changing banks and monies would take upto 14 days. Have reported to trading standards. United Kingdom | 02 April 2015Purchased a shower door from Splashdirect and when the first shipping date was missed I was told by email that it was damaged in transit and to expect it the following week ... that was over two weeks ago. No response to my emails now and I notice on their website that there are still reviews from 31st March - even though they took my money on 6th March with no goods to show for it. Am reporting to credit card as fraudulant and to police services too.

United Kingdom | 02 April 2015I ordered a shower screen which was faulty. Response was quick with a promise to replace faulty part. After two weeks it didn't arrive and I needed to install a shower screen. Again I got a quick response and they promised a refund which hasn't materialised and they are no longer replying to my emails. Buyers beware!!

On the first, a basin arrived slightly damaged - not very well packaged - but was replaced without quibble the next day. More recently, I needed advice, and the new email-only system was operating, which did cause some delay. However, when we finally spoke, the staff were exceptionally helpful, the goods arrived very well packaged on the appointed day and were again excellent value. I would unreservedly recommend Splashdirect.

United Kingdom | 02 April 2015This company is a joke. We ordered a toilet from them paid but never got a receipt. It turned up and its not right so went online to get the telephone number to call them, but hey they are not taking calls you have to email them and they "apparently" reply within 24 hours. What a load of bull I have sent them 2 emails and an online contact form have not heard a word. Next stop trading standard's this company should not be allowed to trade.

United Kingdom | 02 April 2015I only received part of my order. I have e mailed company many times but never had a reply, you can't ring probably because of the number of complaints. I am £100 out of pocket and having to go to court to recover my money. I also intend to contact rogue traders and trading standards. By far the worst company I have dealt with.

I arranged delivery and delivery came within a few days, only the Bath taps were missing and the toilet seat came in the wrong colour, after contacting splashdirect they agreed to arrange delivery of the goods and uplift of the wrong goods., I have had to wait 4-6 working days for another set of bath taps as they had to order them again from the supplier which I agreed to but they are now LATE and I cant contact them - they don't receive calls to their office they only want email, and although they say they will respond within 24 hours they DONT, I have been waiting a lot longer than that, I do not recommend this company at all. Service is atrocious,

Shocking service - site should be shutdown - no company should be allowed to trade like this - can only assume it's a rip off - straight theft!

All my emails have gone unanswered and I have been very disappointed with your service. My case has now been passed on to my card provider who will be seeking all funds due back to me. Spashback I won't be back!!!!!

United Kingdom | 01 April 2015I received all my order apart from a toilet seat , when it came I had no fixings , contacted splash direct who advised ME to contact supplier , they sent out fixings wrong ones, tried emailing splash direct , they are supposed to answer you within 24 hours still waiting, also sent around 4 emails to them as you can't get them by telephone now, due to long wait trying to get through, when you do speak to them they are really nice, it's a shame , all a customer wants is an update, and to be answered back via email that's what makes good customer service, I have had to deal with main supplier to get my issue corrected.

This is when you discover there is no way of contacting this company by telephone( I wonder why??). All we have been able to do is to e-mail requesting urgent contact to which we recieve a standard automated e-mail saying we will recieve a reply within 24 hours. Over a week later we still have not heard from them apart from this review. So, if you want the truth about how this company operates, here it is and to be honest, if our order turns up in the nexxt ten seconds, I would never use them again - how on earth are you supposed to resolve any after sales issues? AND BY THE WAY - I WANT TO LEAVE A NO STAR RATING BUT IT WILL NOT ACCEPT IT - ONE STAR IS ONE STAR TOO MUCH

I received the toilets, but no cisterns..I contacted splash direct and was advised they would reorder the cisterns and I should receive them within 4 to 6 days. It is now 11 days later and no cisterns.... I have sent 4 emails (to trace shipment ) which they have not responded to. I will now advise credit card company accordingly. Arthur
