Wednesday pm: Order Shower Tray and Shower Door for NEXT DAY (Friday) Delivery. Friday: Receive text saying order not loaded on Van, but will be delivered the next day (Saturday) Phone Customer Services who apologise and say will refund delivery charge and make sure item delivered Saturday. Saturday: NO DELIVERY & CAN NOT GET HOLD OF CUSTOMER SERVICES or DELIVERY COURIER. Monday: Phone Customer Services who again apologise and say delivery will now be TUESDAY!! Tuesday Goods arrive (Yeah) It then takes another 8 days (12 days in all ) 5 phone calls and 1 STILL UNANSWERED E-Mail until I receive refund, not full delivery charge as I was originally told just the next day charge. Products are Good but unfortunately Delivery & Customer Services are not. I will take my business elsewhere in future.

Very pleased with the service and product supplied by Slashdirect. Gave 4 stars and not 5 because the box was damaged when it arrived. After inspection the enclosure was fine. Probably was a problem with the size and weight of the box whilst with the courier. All good brilliant price and speedy service.

The screen good but expensive then £38 postage on top, I was texted on the supposed day of delivery and was told between 1 and 5, so you stay in, then they don't turn up, had arranged for a plumber for the Saturday so had to cancel, you phone to ask what's happening and they did not want to know, they just want to rearrange the delivery, definitely not worth the postage

Driver arrived and left me with the wooden pallet to dispose, i asked him to take it away as i did not want it, but he insisted that i had to dispose of it. Deliver took a week to arrive, no email or comunication from seller, but am very pleased with item

Ordered a glass shower screen and a number of smaller bathroom items from Splash Direct - items delivered quickly and in good condition. Other small items were well-packaged so it's clear that care was taken in ensuring they arrived without damage. I have no reservations using Splash Direct again.

Products very good quality. Honest company that try there best. But would have been helpful had they told me there was a problem with delivery owing to circumstances beyond there control. Very happy with end result.

We received the bathroom cabinet on time,but when undone it was apparent that the top layer of packaging ie; polystyrene strip, was missing and the top of the cabinet was badly marked.Looking at the box it had arrived in we noticed that the top section had been torn and restuck with lots of " fragile,handle with care" tape. When we looked at the paperwork we saw that there was no signature on the "checker" section . We are willing to accept the cabinet perhaps with some discount for damage caused , otherwise we will have to return it to you at your expense For p&p

Shower tray and bath screen arrived in good time and without any damage. Not yet fitted but very happy with purchase so far.

Purchase was delivered on time, in good condition with all parts advertised in the package. Telephone call ten minutes before delivery and pleasant delivery staff. Nothing else you could want.

Ordered bath, bath tap, trap and waste three weeks prior to my bathroom project. Heard nothing after a week so rang up. Found out that nearly all my goods were not in stock, despite the website saying the opposite when the order was placed. To cut a long story short, had to source a trap elsewhere and still have a bath with no feet. Absolute disconnect between website and actual stock levels. Only the efforts of April to locate my goods has got this review 1star. Rescheduling my trades has cost me time and money. Never again.

Firstly, the delivery driver came to the house but didn't try to get my attention, I was in the home-office, he claims to have rung the bell but the first thing we knew about the delivery was a card in the letter box, the driver did deliver the screen the next day, but annoyingly I had paid extra for a named day. Secondly when the plumber tried to fit the screen it exploded and shattered,hitting the window,breaking things on the window- sill and giving the plumber two nasty cuts. Thirdly, when we asked for a replacement we were told that it would be delivered on Friday. after waiting all day I called Splash direct to ask if it was coming, I was told to wait a few more hours! I am typing this on Sunday and it still hasn't arrived. I doubt that it ever will! The customer service staff have been taught to say or write all the right words to keep the customer calm but they are in fact ineffectual! I was offered a replacement item or a refund on the original, I wish I had opted for the refund...Beware of this company they will push your stress levels to the limit! I do not know if the products are good because I haven't received my order yet. I suggest that they send their staff to be trained by Victoria Plumb!
