I wanted a simple large mirror with no lights or anything fancy and found one on this website. One telephone call to a lovely lady and all ordered and it arrived just as promised on the day promised. I was worried that a large mirror might not travel very well but it came beautifully packaged and perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone.

On the website it says 4 days dispatch but this means to the delivery company who then might take another week to deliver to you. I phoned and complained and splash direct got us an earlier delivery using their pallet company. Our bathroom work was put on hold for 3 days waiting for it. On the bright side, the shower tray looks great and we are really pleased with ensuite end result.

I recently purchased a bath, toilet, taps etc from Splashdirect. The on-line order went through very smoothly and confirmation arrived immediately via email. The order arrived on time and was in perfect order. I was very impressed with their service and have already recommended them to friends.

I was delighted to find a nicely designed swan neck tap at a reasonable price. Even some of the more expensive ones were bland, so the Splashdirect one fitted the bill. Unfortunately, the unit itself was disappointing. Both taps and neck are loose in their mountings. I have been sent a replacement, but this will have to wait for installation until I can afford to pay for another plumber to fit it. We will put up with the wobbly one until then. The original and replacement were send out promptly.

The Tap does not look as good nor as solid and chunky and will do the Job ok and its 50% price, BUT....... I 've since seen better CHEAPER !!! In showrooms and on the net.

If you're looking for an over bath screen then look no further. The one I ordered is fab with only two fixings to the wall so not lots of drilling. The front section folds to enable you easy access to your bath and to get in the shower. I had to wait for the order because it was out of stock but it arrived on the due date.

The quality of the shower tray is exceptional, I expected a lightweigth tray, this really is well built and it is so heavy the carraige charges were acceptable. Took 4 days to arrive, but in fairness to the company, they stated it would take 4 days at time of ordering. Very rarely does the quality of a purchase exceed your expectations in todays world - this did.

Ordered 'Carla' recessed basin and 'Langley' single lever mixer tap on 28 May 2014. The operator said "all our taps fit all our basins" Unfortunately, after fitting the basin, when I offered the tape into position I discovered that it did not sit flat to the basin top. I am not sure whether it was a faulty basin with the tap hole positioned too far back onto where the upturned roll started or if a different tape was more appropriate for that purpose. However, I was committed to finishing the job by then so I fitted the tap as best I could. Apart from having to add sealant around the base of the tap, it now leans froward because of the roll of the basin edge. Not a very good job. Perhaps I should have tried the tap in position before fitting the basin. Had I done so I would certainly have returned the basin or the tap for a matching pair. In any event I felt I had been given the wrong advice from the phone operator.

Bought bath screen, very good quality product. Good instructions on how to fit, put up very easily. Would not hesitate buying other products from Splashdirect.

Can't fault the products, lovely basin bought with heavy, great quality taps and waste. All delivered on time, fantastic service, would buy again without hesitation.

2nd time of ordering and I cocked up the delivery. When I phoned to explain I was very well treated. Between splash and courier they sorted delivery and my client was delighted. Thankyou

We ordered a full pedestal sink from Splash Direct. The pedestal arrived with a piece broken on the bottom. Splash Direct offered to replace the pedestal however I declined as I needed it installed same day. Not overly impressed.

Ordered item for next day delivery, was unable to track item as dispatch email not received, a quick call to customer service resolved this promptly. Not installed yet, so unable to comment on that. Item arrived intact (glass) despite courier having it propped at an angle in the van
