The gentleman (don't know his name) who I spoke to when ordering my Bathroom was so helpful kept me right as to what would fit what. Delivery was spot on. I cannot review the bathroom as yet as it has still to be fitted. If the workmen who are going to fit it are as good as Splash Direct I will be over the moon. I will give my opinion fully when Bathroom is up and running so to speak.

I judge companies by the way they handle problems. I bought a loo which was slightly faulty - back to wall not quite square. I spoke to Molly (customer services) who asked me to take a photo and send it over to her which I did. She then sent me an email after about 15 mins saying a new one would be delivered the next day - which it was. Brilliant. I have two further bathrooms to refurb and will definitely use Splashdirect. I ordered a 900 wide shower and then had to change it to a 700mm wide one. This was ok THEN the delivery couriers sent me the 900mm one Putting my timing out by a week! They charged me for both deliveries to add insult to injury. I shall look elsewhere next time

I felt nervous ordering such a large product on-line as if any problems were to occur there would be a large fee involved in returning any items. However, I decided to order a double shower screen from Spalshdirect, and now wish I had chosen a local supplier. The screen that was sent differed from the one shown in the main photo as it came with a handle that attached the screen (through a hole in the glass) to the wall. Neither the handle or the hole in the glass were shown in the main photo of the screen. When it came to installing the screen the handle clashed with my shower pole, and as my walls were tiled it was impossible to move this. I contacted Splashdirect to return the screen, pointing out that the screen was different from the one shown in their main photo. Even though this was the case, I was informed that I would have to pay the shipping costs. All in all a very unpleasant experience,

I wondered whether I should buy a shower screen on line as I wouldn't have the opportunity to examine the quality. At such a big reduction I wondered if it was too good to be true. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. The shower screen came next day, to get it on time to do the work over bank holiday said the driver. The office staff, notably Ann, provided excellent back up.

I am very pleased with the tray and happy it was well packed. Living in rural Cornwall where access is sometimes difficult I wish the couriers would quote the delivery vehicle size when advising delivery time as once again I had to do the unload in a lay-by out of the village!

was very pleased with my sink once I got it but would suggest that splash direct ditch Yodel as their delivery company. This company not only delivered my parcel to the wrong house they couldn't even explain who they delivered it too!! atleast the guy who took my delivery was decent enough to bring it round to my house which restored my faith in the human race. May use this company again but would probably call first to make sure they delivered it correctly

1. Ordered a bath screen one day online and then remembered that I should have also ordered a sealant pack. Phoned next day to order it and was assured that both items would be delivered together. Received sealant pack but had to contact company again to enquire where bath screen was - advised that both had by error not sent together - received second item next day. 2. Package containing sealant appeared to. Be damaged on receipt (taken by.in Neighbour as I not at home when delivered ). Sent email to company to explain that a part of the sealant had been broken in transit but fortunately there was sufficient of undamaged material to complete job - NO RESPONSE FROM COMPANY AS YET !!
