United States | 24 February 2025The ONLY reason y'all got 1 star is because 0 wasnt an option!!! We spent over $3000 on a rental and lost at least $2500 of furniture that was covered in mold in the POD. (2 leather recliners and several mattresses/box springs). Lots of other furniture had mold on it that we spent days wiping off so that we could save it. This was complete nonsense. We did nothing wrong and were not asking for a handout but I expected the company to handle it the right way. I was told to send very specific emails as well as take lots of pics and send it, which I DID! This put my family and I in a real bind! I got an email back a couple days later saying my case was closed as that was that. No phone calls from any managers or anything like I asked for them to do. I will NEVER recommend pods to another soul and will encourage people to use there local storage facilities, just like I should have!!. To top all of this off, even after I talked with someone during all of this, they still charged me for the empty container pick up fee of $93. I literally couldn't believe it. I will make it a priority of mine to make sure people don't use y'all. The least that pods could have done was reimbursed me a little considering the container ruined a couple thousand dollars worth of furniture!. I hope the person from the company who reads this can put themselves in my shoes and see exactly where I'm coming from. Have a great day...

United States | 22 February 2025Ordering a Pod was a very good experience. The gentleman I spoke with understood my needs and explained everything to me. Once I was ready to move my Pod that was just as easy. It was delivered to my new house in a timely manner which I chose. I got online whenI had removed everything and they came and picked it up. I did not have to be here for that. I highly recommend using a Pod if you have a lot of stuff to move. Podzilla made sure nothing got broken. Thank you Pods!

United States | 21 February 2025We had a terrible experience trying to get our pod picked up. It was delayed 3 days and we were unable to contact the local pods dealer directly. We were told we could not have the local number and the pods 800 number could not help us. There is so much more to this story but not enough space to explain how inept pods was.

United States | 21 February 2025Our delivery man went above and beyond to make sure our pod was delivered perfectly. He did an excellent job of maneuvering down a driveway (large enough) but narrowed by snow. I’d give him a 10!

United States | 21 February 2025Hi, I just moved about 12 hours away, I am a single woman over 70, so when I booked this I was a bit leary, as women, I feel, care easily taken advantage of, anyway, my only suggestion would be that the first 2 people I dealt with on the phone should've said that only the very small containers and the very large containers travel long distance, I was told they were booked till March, that no middlecontainerswere available, I got the small, when it came I was in tears, the poor man delivering the pod said there were lots of middle containers at the warehouse and that's when I found out middle , he took his time to explain everything and I decided to forego and not bring a loveseat along. I packed it easily and ended up bringing a few extra things along, it's bigger than it looks. But no love seat. They came and took it and I moved, it is delivered now, my second biggest worry was opening it as I had packed mostly small boxes and small things, the man who picked it up said don't worry when they deliver it they can help with the door and they did, it wouldn't go up st first but we played with it and got it open, there isn't enough good things I can write about the actual drivers, they are the ones who made pod a great experience for me, I did call and say how they should have told me first hand about the size of the pod. So, my only suggestions is the phone people are all not on the same page, but your delivery drivers are wonderful and have made this a wonderful experience.
