I want to provide a special shout out to Rick, he delivered my pod to Fredonia, New York from Buffalo, New York. 5 days later he returned to open the door as I attempted several times and was unable to. He successfully opened it within 15 minutes. He was professional and very courteous. 5 stars for Rick! Thank you for going above and beyond!

PODs have helped us move out of states twice. Great communication throughout and awesome online portal to keep up-to-date with the entire process. Also happy with their car shipping services, they delivered quickly and professionally.

Everything with Pods was great Scheduling able to talk to a person if u have questions. Any changes or concerns were addressed promptly Arrived on timed as expected and picked up as expected/planned and everything on their end went smoothly. No complaints First time user. Would use again.

I have used Pods now four times to move and I have very pleased with their overall service, their timeliness, cleanliness and support services. This time I utilized a two man/truck service which was wonderful. Austin was the driver, but I can’t remember the very nice gentleman who worked with him. They worked very hard and were very efficient. If I ever have to move again, I will use Pods.

We were concerned that our new driveway might be too short, as there is a dip, however the driver said he didn’t see a problem and parked it perfectly and shored up the back end, making it totally steady. When we opened the door we were delighted to see that it looked just like it did when we locked it up for transport…Thank you PODS!

We used PODS for our cross-country move. It was a great experience. PODS were delivered on schedule and we were kept in the loop all along the way. We emptied the PODS ahead of schedule and asked that they be removed early and they did, no questions asked. Drivers were professional and courteous. We received a pleasant call from Joe keeping us informed of pickup schedule and he arrived right on time. We highly recommend PODS for a move of any size.

They made it easy to set up delivery, pickup, and transport. Kept on schedule which made move go very smooth. Very affordable too.

The company fulfilled my expectations. Always was able to contact them through the phone, and was always given prompt service. The Pod deliveries were on time, and the drivers did a masterful job of placing the Pod in the correct location. All materials placed in the Pod were retrieved with no damage. I appreciate the service, and am not hesitant to recommend the service to others.

Every time I've called your specialists have very polite, helpful & simply the best. This also goes for every person that has picked & dropped off the PODs. We will definitely recommend & also use your company in the future.

Easy to use. Log In, make changes, await arrival or departure. That's it. We put AirTags in our Pods so we could track their movements from NJ to Florida.

Many items arrived damaged

2/ POds need to be stopped facebook group no contact in fact every email is ignored filing a lawsuit after i move and a letter of demand is sent. They lie they started processing claim nevere finished with proof it came from them.i am outta here Court we go they just got sent letter of demand they charge insurance and then wont process claim due to mice. check out facebook group i will sue them and update no one has ever contacted me Judge will they lie all they want is money MICE MICE MICE check out their rep if you contacted me prove it state when and why and how and produce it LIE. watch how far i go stay away they lie if they TRULY resolved or addressed anything and they have not, its going to court they would so refer to it. some people need to be taught a lesson horrible mice infestation in home starting form pods no resolution just ignored i will sue.2024 8 months later still mice on monday 3 3 i will post proof they started claim and never finished now its bigger Judge will decide these frauds liars who have a facebook page against them check it out PODS must be stopped think that i will keep emailing them. ha they lie they store pods in places with mice to get into your home further instead of REALLY contacting customer not just making it up they say they do and then do nothing thinking you will go away. FtC involved. then court if enough people sue they wake up they lie by their law clerk and here saying they reachedout to me in your response produce proof how and when you contacted me i will see you in court hired a lawyer yesterday i asked for contract all else nothing so this is a lie so not only do you get MICE from them but instead of resolving thigs out of court they lie and do damage control here PRODUCE proof nothing is resolved you never contacted me posting pics of all the damages shortly this will be on the news soon hows that for social media?

Good timely delivery and pickup, easy to make changes online, good communication. The pod itself seemed in not super great shape, some rust and we had a hard time with the latch for the door. It did resist the winter freeze and thaw and our stuff was safe.

Nice employees, setting POD in driveway was a breeze.
