PODS was generally a positive experience, as always. However this time, getting my PODS to my new home took an incredible amount of time on the phone. Lots of confusion and seemingly untrained customer service people. Very nice, but not confident. This was my first experience like this in over 10 years of using PODS, several times.

This company definitely falls into the “you get what you pay for” category. While the pricing is on the higher side and the billing process could use some improvement (it’s challenging to keep track of charges and understand the reasoning behind them, especially when the service is only needed for a few days a month but you get charged for the whole month), the service itself was outstanding. From the booking phone call to the user-friendly app and the flexibility for cancellations or changes, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The delivery drivers went above and beyond, offering helpful door operation tips and maintaining a friendly attitude throughout. Thanks to the excellent service provided, we are overall very satisfied. It would be great to see the billing system made more transparent and flexible in the future.

Everyone and everything was great, the only thing is I felt once the pod was picked up I didn’t have any communication from anyone updating me on the movement of my pod.

I was happy with the PODS service, but the loading and unloading done by independent companies recommended by PODS were unsatisfactory.

The PODS team was so helpful and reliable with the changes that were made in size of PODS. I also appreciate the flexibility to change dates for drop off and pickup.

POD not delivered to home as promised by sales staff. Staff rude and no contact by manager at storage facility in Asheville, NC. Had to hire 2 men and a truck to drive to facility to empty out the POD which cost us an additional $1000. Very disappointed with service provided by company and unhelpful staff.

My experience was great! The website is very user-friendly and communications from the company is superb! I took one star away because my unit contained 2 wasps nests inside and because my unit didn't have any outside signage on it, which made it look very old and in need of some TLC.

My account was charge 272.00 on 9/26/24. I talk with him on the 9/25/24 . ,When I was only getting storish container information. He ask for Bank account or Credit card inform. So we will not repet every things again. So I explain what I need to put in the POD .Now to my home a container arrived because I can see it on my cámara hours later.They come about 7am. So I missed. I call and explain that I was asleep. That the arrival was 12noon. Ok so another was send.I was delaited with the rapid response. The pod was 12 ft ,I was happy. Two days later the sales men state was a confusión, that they send a 12 ft for a 8ft. I tell him I told u what I have. But ok how much it will be, said not to much , I said ok. Them on Oct 26 my account was charge 228.00 Then I call POD again on November 6 asking for an extensión due to the work was not started in my bedroom. (Water leaks). So was asking for more time , my account was charged for 206.00 on 11/06/24 that is 707.00 dollars that they charged me till now. The advocate review my problem and credit me with 148.36 dollars but they took 206.00 from my account missing les than 60.00 dollars from what they give me credit. They never move the cointainer from my home, so it was arvitrary to take 206.00 of my account.

it was so easy to reserve and schedule delivery and pick up. The customer service representatives I spoke to were all so nice and helpful. They came on time for delivery and pick up and I didn't have to be here. So effortless and the price was cheaper than the other 3 companies I spoke to. Would definitely recommend them!

The price seemed reasonable for the length of time that we had it. The pick up of the POD was awesome. PAUL was extremely skilled in manoeuvring his truck to pick up the POD. In no time it was loaded and he was on his way!

Well you refunded MOST of my money but there is still a balance of $40.96. This is simple math, I don’t understand why there are 8 charges/credits on my credit card statement. I used a “promo code” when I opened my account which you didn’t apply so you over charged me to begin with. I have spent a total of 2.5 hours on the phone with PODS plus numerous emails trying to get my money back. All you have to do is look at the numbers you have charged me then credit those same numbers and it will equal $0..$40.96 -$40.96=$0. Simple!!!

I couldn’t be more pleased with how effortless this whole process was. If only loading and unloading the pod were as easy! The only disappointment was that the pod dimensions were smaller than advertised. I had planned to move my hot tub and based on the dimensions I was given it would have fit but it didn’t. Nevertheless, logistically everything was great. It was nice to have zero worries about it coming on time and leaving on time and arriving in the new state exactly as promised. And when the pod was delivered, Anthony spent all the time necessary to get the load shifted so we can open the door. Not something he was required to do but he did the right thing and I am so thankful!
