United States | 20 February 2025Not happy with pods at all. I called and got the price for a 16 ft container from Az to WA. They wanted over 4000 dollars. I asked about the ad they have everywhere where is states to get 20% off you move. She said oh yes I can do that then she took off like 100 dollars. I said that is not 20%. She said they give it on the cheap part of the bill. Not the actual move part that is the large part of the bill. I told her that is deceptive, she said just a minute and came back and said I got you 15% off. I needed it so I did it. But that to me is false advertising. On top of that, you have to work around their dates. I had them pick up my loaded trailer and they could not deliver it for nearly 2 weeks. What’s up with that. I drove it in two days and need my stuff. Why does it take two weeks to get it there. I called and complained and they numbed up my delivery by two days. Whoopeeeee. Then they delivered it and I have a tight driveway with 5 cars on it. I told them I needed the trailer there as short as time possible. I could unload it in an hour. It was delivered Tuesday at 7:30am. Did not pick up till Thursday. (Don’t know when as it is Wednesday night at 7:30 pm and I still have not heard when they are picking up tomorrow. I should have just rented a U-Haul and drove it myself. Probably would have been cheaper and I could of had my stuff the day I got home. There is my rant. Not impressed. On a positive note the driver was very nice.

United States | 19 February 2025I would not recommend this location for storage or moving needs. My husband and I are renovating our home, so we reserved a POD to be dropped off, filled and picked up 2 days later for storage. The experience was horrible. When the driver arrived to drop off the POD, they called me to confirm location, I provided information and showed them where to place it. Once the POD was in place, the driver called back stating that he was unable to place the POD down because a tree branch was in the way and that he could leave it there but that he would rip up the tree next to the POD, i asked him to please NOT damage the property and see if we could move it around to get the machine out safely, the driver responded "it wasn't his job and he would just rip the tree out, that's not his problem" I again informed he did not have permission to damage the property and that i had confirmed that site with customer service, the driver then responded " its your own fault for listening to customer service, they don't know anything and that he wasn't leaving the POD and i can call them to complain he had things to do" he then hung up on me. We then called customer service, but i received a call from the drivers supervisor, once i explained what happened, the supervisor stated "well its raining and the driver has 6 other jobs, that's why he responded that way" The supervisor then instructed me to go outside and speak to the driver myself and show him another location to place the POD, i explained that i wasn't comfortable with that, due to the conversation i just had with the driver and that i am 8 months pregnant, the supervisor didn't care. In todays economy, paying for a service like this isn't easy and not cheap, and if a customer makes a decision to spend their hard earned money with a business, you expect good customer service and value in the service. I called customer service afterwards and all i asked for was for a call from the site manager and never received a call. These people do not care about customer service, they just take your money and move on. I would not use this business/location again.

United States | 16 February 2025The entire experience with PODS was Excellent! The labor guys loading in both Texas and unloading in Florida were outstanding, professional and highly efficient. The storage, pickup and transport of my container was seamless and on time. The PODS staff and Labor Staff were courteous, helpful and highly professional. All prices and costs associated were very reasonable and fit well within my budget. I highly recommend PODS for your moving needs.

United States | 14 February 2025Non disclosure of rates for units. I had a contract and on a limited budget and last two units shipped to the most furthest location in the Phoenix for my address. I have not idea where they got the Chandler or Gilbert address... I was charged an extra $600.00+ per unit to deliver and pickup plus an additional $100.00 per unit each month for storage over the first four. PODS is a "bait and switch" that covers their ass by sending a multiple page "new contract" with the customer thinking it is the same as original talked about. I am so pissed at PODS, I will tell everyone I know, report to AG of AZ and blog like no tomorrow if not corrected. Can't say it any nicer...
