Was a great experience from initial drop off in San Diego and finale destination to Arizona.

My pod was delivered just fine. The day it was to be picked up the driver called me at 3:00 told me she was otw. My pick up window was from 3:40 til 6:00. My father has cancer & I was loading it myself. I explained to her all I had to do was ratchet it down & it would be ready to go. Please drive slow. She said I was her last stop of the day & she had to call corporate to see what they said & never called back. She got there at 3:15 & left at 3:22 w/o even saying a word or getting out of her truck to see what was the status. They said it would be a week later before they could reschedule for pick up. That was unacceptable. I had to be out bc house had sold. They said they’d be there next day but didn’t come until the following day. On delivery 4 states away they were there the day they said they’d be but the man came to my house the day before it was scheduled to be picked up & asked if he could get it early bc he was off Saturday. I told him no he could get it Monday. He said that he’d get it Saturday & I got email to confirm but they didn’t pick it up until that Monday. Great idea. Convenient & worth the money if it were consistant & dependable. No one at customer care acted sympathetic or empathetic or even understanding for that matter. Nothing was offered for any type of compensation until I asked & I got a call whopping & 10%. I will not be recommending nor using their services ever again & that’s sad bc I still have 3 storage units in my hometown & was going to use them for all 3!! Smh

Nobody is perfect.

The customer rep I spoke to today was awesome and did all she could. I will give her 5stars if it were just about the customer experience. Pods changed my date two times on their own without notifying me. I just got an update with no warning, reason or call. Then they were going to charge me for another month when I clearly told them I only needed the pod for 1month.

Very professional and punctual crews. They called twenty minutes before arriving. That is importance given a general four hours arrival window. Used the service three times already. They never disappointed me. Will use it again.

Having excellent delivery personnel. POD delivery was excellent!! Also the system to set POD drop off and pickup works great!

Everything in the process was done on time. Customer service was extremely helpful and flexible with each call. Would recommend to anyone needing a reliable cross country mover.

The POD moving schedule - delivery, pick up and redelivery at destination plus final pick up was on time and smoothly handled.

This was my second move with Pods and both were successful trips across country. The delivery drivers were great at both drop off and pick up!! The fact that I could store my belongings with Pods made it easy and lessened the stress. I would certainly recommend Pods to anyone planning a move!!

On time service, great pricing compared to other long distance moving services. All my furniture arrived unscathed. Very good communication. Will use them again if we move.

This is such a convenient way to move! The communication from PODS is spectacular! They were there with the empty container when they said they would be and stored my stuff safely and delivered on time! I hope I never have to move again but if I do then I will certainly call PODS!

The driver that delivered the first pod to my Nixa address and the driver Tyler who Delivered my 2 pods to Simpsonville SC location was great.Pleasant,helpful,friendly and wanted me to be happy with the placement of the pods.Customer service was a little confused at times and really didn`t make me understand the timeline between pick up and delivery which I feel it took to long to deliver to SC.Cost was a little high I felt but I`m sure you are competitive with movers who load and unload.Over all experience was OK and I would probably us again.
