great communication. friendly helpful drivers/operators. setup was quick and easy. prompt delivery and pickup. very easy and great experience. Only negative was no longer offering a middle of the road 12ft container. Making me cram everything in the 8ft, and not really needing the 16ft. If another outfit had offered the 12ft container i probably would have chose them.

I called to have my pod relocated on March 27th 2025. The POD was delivered at my storage unit as agreed except the time for delivery was rescheduled. Later that day I went to the computer to schedule a pickup after the POD was empty but all of the spots were filled up until 4/4/25. I called the PODs line and explained to the representative that I couldn't pay another months rent on the pod and I asked if they could call me if someone rescheduled and I could get a pick up sooner. The lady told me she would manually put it in for pickup and over ride the 4/4 pickup. She scheduled it for pickup on March 31. I thought it was all good. However it was not picked up. The storage facility asked me when it would be gone and I told them March 31 and it didn't happen. I called PODs again and spoke to another woman who assured me that the pick up was scheduled for no later than 4/1 and that I would not be charged a fee or my regular 299.99 because there was a grace period and I was covered. Today is April 3rd and the POD still has not been picked up. And on my end when I looked at my POD account it states that the POD will be picked up on April 4th. I also asked about deleting my card that was used for payment and she said to call back after the POD is picked up and then it can be removed. This was way more of a problem than it should have been. I won't use them again.

All my stuff arrived safely without any damage. Also, drivers were very professional and humble. Overall great experience with PODS as always.

I had a great experience with the Pods company. Deliveries and pickups were on time, and the drivers were very courteous.

You didn’t give me a key for the 8 ft small pod. I had to hire a locksmith for $145 to cut the lock off. I had an emergency dental appointment, so my real estate agent stayed to see the last pod loaded while I went to the dentist. I called her about the key for the little pod, and she no one gave her a key. I called pods and they said they would annotate it and work it out. Well, no one brought a key to me when the pods were delivered on 2 April. Please have your company reimburse me the $ 145 for the locksmith. I am a veteran who served 25 years in the USAF, and I would expect better service than what I got about the key situation. Elizabeth Scannell

The driver was amazing he is new with your company absolutely awesome the ride along supervisor was a jerk he wanted to leave the pod in the street unacceptable I think supervisors should have to be able to preform as the new guy other then that it was amazing

We are completely pleased with every part of our experience. Everyone we dealt with was very accommodating, kind, and respectful. I highly recommend this service! Pricing was very fair and we felt our belongings were safely stored for the 3 months it took to find a new hope. We especially liked when the drivers, dropping off or picking up, contacted us with a personal introduction and letting us know when and where they would be there for us. Great Job!

PODS made our move across states affordable and easy to manage. They communicated consistently throughout the entire process, and the delivery and drop-off was quick and easy to accommodate. We couldn't be more satisfied with our experience and will consider PODS again in the future.
