Our experience with PODS was very good. We pretty much had to move out of our house before selling it and PODS made it possible to move 99% of our belongings out, still live in the house, have the POD in the parking lot and fill it with the rest of our stuff once the house was sold. We were glad we could take our time moving. We couldn’t have done it in one day. Our PODS (we needed two) stayed in storage until we bought a house in a different state. We had no problems getting them delivered to our new house. Our house selling and buying process was long and we couldn’t have done it without PODS.

Communication with PODs via email, text, and website was efficient. I always knew what was coming next and when. All drivers were friendly and helpful in positioning the POD.

Pods was great because they kept you informed about all the actions they were doing so you knew what exactly you were suspost to do.

PODS is exactly what it advertises. Upfront pricing,professional sales people and drivers for delivery and pick up. Different sizes to meet your needs. We have now used 3 Pods this move from Miami to NC. We did the move slow and staggered things as we needed them at our new location. Two we used helpers they recommended at each end and this last POD we did ourselves. Everything arrived safely. The website has great tips to help your move from things not to pack, weight distribution,strap use and such. The contract , pricing and dates for all delivery and pick ups and transportation time are accurate. I would definitely recommend them.PODS is the way to go. (We used a different company for one of our moves and never again.)

Our pod was loaded in Florida December of 2024. Delivery of pod was on schedule & pickup of pod was on schedule. Pod was then stored in Florida until you transported it to Middletown PA. Where it was stored until we had you deliver it to our new home on February 18, 2025. We paid for the full month of February thinking there would be a refund for the days not used. We are in our 70’s living on Social Security & the refund for days not used for storage helps seniors on a fixed income. Unfortunately we were advised there would be no refund. Second part of dissatisfaction was using your recommended labor moving company which we used for loading in Florida & unloading in PA. The laborers who unloaded the 16ft pod arrived 45 min. late via ( Uber ) they arrive with no tools to assemble furniture or beds, televisions, they had no hand truck or dolly’s to move boxes. They worked so slow my wife & I had to assist with the moving of a lot of boxes. They couldn’t figure out how to bring in a stationary bicycle so they left it in the garage. They appeared to be two guys with no experience hired off the street. When they finally finished they had a ( Uber) pick them up. As they unloaded the pod (furniture) we pointed out damage to them & they told us it wasn’t them that it was the men that loaded the pod. I took acceptation to that telling them the way they handled the furniture it could very well have been them. We have taken pictures (so far) as we are still unpacking & examining as we go. I called the labor company that YOU recommended to file a complaint along with a claim for damages. This has been the worst experience of our lives, I am. U.S.A.F veteran, served my country with honor & to be treated this way is not what we expected from your company. Should you feel it proper and reasonable to make this right it would go a long way. Finally, our contractor who was not here during this process but called us to ask how things were going came to our home and was kind enough by assembling beds, televisions, some furniture as well as bringing the stationary bicycle into the house with no trouble at all. He & his assistant went on to apply felt pads that we purchased to the bottom of all furniture to avoid scratching floors we had just had installed. He did this at no charge! That is what is called taking care of the customer. We are available for any further communication should you feel the need.

PODS is so great to have help with a move. Easy to schedule and they show up when scheduled on time and no issues. Our driver Blaine D was so polite and professional and great at his job!

Each delivery and pickup were completed as arranged. The final pickup was moved up since the Pod was empty which cleared the driveway and helped the new home look more normal. It was convenient and affordable and we would use Pods again in a heartbeat!

I've used Pods several times and have always been happy with the service. Delivered and picked up on time, Pod placed where I wanted it, and everything is always waterproof and in good working order. I'll use them again.

The whole process was great. The drop off, the pick up, the storing and the drop off and pick up again. Communication was great and the drivers were friendly and efficient.

Although my move was a very short distance, it sure made moving heavy equipment such as metal lathe, welder, cutting torches, tool boxes, etc. a lot easier.
