Everyone should be ashamed of the thing sad and disgusting serving a customer

Our delivery and pick up driver was the same person and he was excellent. At some point, I was told we would receive half of our second month if I didn’t need pod more than 15 days of second month. And it would be refunded later. Now I’m told there is no refund.

pods was literally the best to work with! everyone i encountered were extremely kind and helpful. went out of their ways to make it easier for me. i could genuinely feel that they truly want to help and care about their customers! i’d never move any other way!

The only complaint I have is about the billing process. The charges should be very clear with easy to read invoices. There are invoices for some charges and then no invoices for others so I was thinking I was overpaying because I was so confused as to why I was charged what I thought was an extra $1200. I spent about 30 minutes on the phone with a rep and he again wasn’t very clear as to why I was charged this $1200. I’m going with it and hopefully it’s right.

Everything went good dropped off and picked up timely manner.

Took several tries to get POD delivered. POD Showed up dirty inside. POD scheduled pick up without my request.

Had a serious incident at my home - water heater exploded and blew a hole through adjacent wall, causing extensive damage to several rooms. Needed to remove all household goods to accommodate repairs and floor installation. Contracted w/PODS for a storage container. Was simple and painless. Showed up on time with a clean and inexpensive storage container that met or exceeded my needs. Was quick and easy. PODS made a bad event simple to affect necessary repairs

The greatest experience was dealing with Jimmy. He picked up our pods and dropped them off and picked up again. Everytime he had great communication, amazing attitude, and just great to talk to. There was a few problems on the pick up because of the snow but he called and helped us take care of it. You dont get good customer service like that very often these days. Thank you much Jimmy

From beginning to the end, PODS was easy to do business with. We were very pleased with everyone we had contact with. I would highly recommend PODS to anyone who needs this type of business dealing.

Excellent POD delivery and pickup drivers. - HOWEVER - POD delivery was included with 1-month's rental charge - but they said nothing that POD pickup would not be included and had to pay an additional $100 pickup fee for only 2 weeks' use.

Everyone was very helpful and had knowledge of your business. Returned calls and kept me informed. I used PODS for over a year. Picked up and delivered several times, needed larger POD and they were very nice and helpful. My experience was from 3/17/24 to 2/17/25. Nothing was harmed or broken. Delivery guy was excellent!

The experience was great from the very first call until the end. The call center staff were all professional and descriptive. The driver always called when he was at least 30 mins away and was always true to his time. He too was very friendly when he called. We did not have to meet him out front, he did his task and left.
