United States | 04 March 2025It is stressful enough to remodel our home. It took twice as long as anticipated. Knowing our belongings are safe helped alleviate some of that stress. Also, all the drivers who came to drop off, pick up, drop off, and pick up again were wonderful.

United States | 04 March 2025The delivery was great and easy. After originally scheduling the pickup of our empty POD, 2 drivers were sent and didn’t get the POD. An entire week went by before we were able to get another pickup scheduled and finding anyone at POD that could actually help took hours of my time. The delay cost us time and money on our renovation.

United States | 04 March 2025NEVER AGAIN!! The initial drop-off at my home was fine but it all went downhill when I scheduled for them to pick it up and re-locate it to my new home. They gave me the estimated time window the night before to be between 10:30am-1:30pm which was fine and I scheduled around that but then I get a call at 8:25am saying "hi this is (name) with pods, I'm out front of your house" which I was already running around all morning with a U-haul truck so I wasn't home, plus they are supposed to call when they are on their way, not when they are out front. He said there was a few mistakes on the schedule and that's why he is there. Well that's not going to work, he said we would have to reschedule and I said that's not possible, I scheduled for that day for a reason, not my fault the company messed up. So calls a supervisor and says he can come back at 12pm, I said that's fine, ill work around it. 12:37pm rolls around and still nothing, i call him and he says "sorry i had to do a DOT stop and all so i will be there at 2pm... LIKE SERIOUSLY DUDE!! Whatever, still kept my cool, he got there, i followed him to my new home and when we get there he says I don't think it'll fit in the driveway, he said there has to be 12inches of clearance, so i got a tape measure and the driveway was 13inches wide so we were good, he said he didn't feel comfortable... I said okay how about in the street? He said the electric wires coming across from one side to the other is too low... He obviously just didn't want to do the job. He calls his supervisor and he tells him to bring it back to storage yard and tell the customer (me) to unload it there.. I literally have my whole life in that POD and the yard is 30 minutes from my home.. So i had the supervisor call me, his name started with A (not going to shame them here), nice guy but didn't seem to have all the answers either but again, i kept my cool. As we are on the phone, I watch his driver drive off with the POD without a single word!!! Now in order for me to get all my stuff including the bed i need to sleep on, i have to rent a 20ft truck from U-haul and take another day off just because they were incompetent in doing their job or even assisting in any way!! The supervisor On top of that, said they will still charge me $233 for the month if all my stuff isn't out of the POD by the next pay period! Which if they did their job, it would have been out that day and I would have a bed to sleep in!! He also said he would email me my POD serial # so when I go there I am not searching for a needle in a hay sack, BUT, he didn't even do that so I am literally blind. Completely all their fault and I have to pay for it all. What was supposed to be an easy move, they made it a disaster and worst experience ever. I was better getting a U-Haul truck and unloading it at my previous house which was only 2 minutes down the road compared to the facility that is now 30 minutes from me... Disaster at it's finest!!
