I would HIGHLY recommend PODS! It was an amazing experience from beginning to end. They were on time dropping off the POD in Florida ,then picking it up, then dropping it off in Michigan and picking it up again! The gentlemen that called us and were dropping off the pods and picking them up were wonderful and polite. This was a phenomenal experience.

The price more than doubled when I was ready to begin having my pods delivered to my new home address. Worse experience & worse company I have ever dealt with. I will never recommend this company & I will provide negative feedback to anyone who will listen. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never do business with pods storage.

Your drivers are excellent and informative

It’s very difficult to plan with movers bc you all don’t tell the customer what time the pod is coming until the night before arrival. Also, access to the pod is very limited. Only having access between 10:00 am to 4:00 pm is right in the middle of someone’s workday. Otherwise, good service and reps have been nice

10/29 from NC to Bristol CT. Stored until 1/27 then delivered to our new condo. Minor marks and scuffs but no major damage. One 8’ x 16 POD. Cost double my move down there with more furniture but had someplace to live then. This time it took me three mos. Oh well.

Pick up of POD was on wrong date.

The driver Myron was very professional, timely and did a great job. Help received over the phone was excellent. The only problem was due to our steep driveway we did not get to load the pod ourselves and because of that whoever loaded it the last time did not use our moving blankets we provided and the bed was quite scratched. It was poorly packed and no straps were used causing boxes to fall forward. I have not unpacked boxes yet but I will be suprised if there aren’t several broken items.

They should make you more aware of transit times when booking a long distance. I had to wait 16 days to get my stuff and had no idea until after the fact.

Easy to contact company. They provide frequent reminders for delivery and pickup and provide frequent opportunities to made changes if needed. Will use again.
